It has three bedrooms comprising of a king size with an en-suite and two twins, there is also a family shower room, the cottage can sleep six people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, a children's room and a utility. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a garden with a lawn area, a patio and a charcoal barbecue. Bolenowe is a spacious cottage in an excellent location.

There’s countryside in the area, with the Camel Trail passing through, and the nearby Padstow, with its harbour, medieval houses and restaurants is worth exploring. Within driving distance is Newquay, with over 11 miles of beaches. Polzeath is an excellent base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
