Living room with TV, DVD, Radio, bookstore with maps and booklets with all the information about Rome Bathroom with wc shower and hair dryer Kitchen equipped with all utensils for to Cook. Car not necessary Metro 30mt, Bus 30mt, tram 50mt Termini Station 400mt, 10 minutes walk there is the Colosseum. Situated in the heart of the eternal city on one of the seven hill next to the Colosseum, Domus Aurea, Foro Traiano, Fori Romani, Basilica S. Maria Maggiore, Basilica S. Giovanni in Laterano, Santa Croce in Gerusalemme (where there is a piece of the Jesus Cross), San Pietro in Vincoli with the Mosè of Michelangelo, Basilica St. Clemente of the IV century.
The tourist tax of € 6 per person per night will be paid in euro cash at check in, children under 10 years old do not pay. At check in we need to take your data passports to send them to the police as required by law.

Great location in Rome!

We had a wonderful stay in the property. Plenty of space for my family of five (3 adult children). Within walking distance of Colosseum, Pantheon, and Termini Station. We even walked back from the Vatican one evening with a dinner stop on the way. Just a great spot to use as home base to go out and explore Rome. Will be a holiday we always remember. Very nice host as well.

Un très bon séjour à Rome

Un grand merci tout d'abord à Claudia pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, qui nous a conseillé et accompagné dans nos démarches pour une première venue sur Rome. L'appartement était très agréable et très bien situé dans le cœur historique, proche de toutes commodités. 2 semaines que nous n'oublierons pas.

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans l'appartement de Maurice et Paola, appartement très spacieux et contenant tout le nécessaire pour 6 adultes au moins(sauf la cafetière riquiqui). La literie est bonne, la clim fonctionne partout,, le sol en stratifié facile à nettoyer. Mais les deux chambres sur la rue sont très bruyantes (comme déjà mentionné par d'autres locataires) et mériteraient un double vitrage car impossible de dormir après 7 h. La salle de bain/WC est aussi trop petite pour 6. Ce n'est qu'un couloir et quelqu'un de trop grand ou trop gros aura des problèmes.

Excellent séjour à partir d'un très bon pied-à-terre

Appartement spacieux, propre, fonctionnel et bien situé pour visiter Rome. Accueil très chaleureux et disponible. Le seul petit bémol est le bruit de la rue très passante pour deux des trois chambres. Un excellent séjour!

Super Zentral gelegenes Apartment in Rom, Extrem freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberinnen :)

Wir waren insgesamt 9 Nächte in diesem Apartment und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist umfänglich und wenn man sich erst an die italienische Art Kaffee zu kochen gewöhnt hat, vermisst man nichts. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden! Das beste aber ist die äußerst freundliche Empfangnahme durch die Gastgeberinnen. Es wurde uns schon im Vorfeld sehr gut mitgeteilt, wie wir am besten zum Apartment kommen und wie wir die Anreise gestalten können. Beim Empfang in der Wohnung wurde uns alles super erklärt ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Es passt einfach und wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Rom mittendrin

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt. Alles ist direkt vor der Tür, Metro, Supermarkt, Sehenswürdigkeiten und sogar der Copyshop zum Ausdrucken der Boardingtickets. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist auch für (kleine) Kinder gut geeignet, da nichts rumsteht, was kaputt gehen könnte. Es gab jederzeit Hilfe und Tipps von der Vermieterin. Alles war sehr gut.

Nice, bright, airy apartment

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is simply furnished, as shown in the photos, but very clean, secure, spacious, with a well stocked kitchen and charming bathroom. The building has a small but efficient elevator, big enough for two people, or one person with several bags. The location is fine - very close metro stop (less than a half block away), easy walking distance (or one metro stop) to Termini Station (the central train station), several nice local restaurants very close by, an easy walk to a small food market and a nice department store, maybe a ten or fifteen minute walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We felt safe every time we went out. The couple who manage the apartment are very friendly, courteous and helpful. We have no complaints.

Sehr empfehlenswerte große Wohnung

Wir hatten zu fünft reichlich Platz, konnten uns auf 3 Schlafzimmer aufteilen. Die netten Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles gut erklärt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet und war sehr sauber; die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Bad ist klein, hat aber viele Ablageflächen. Auf Grund der zentralen Lage konnten wir fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants, Bus und Metro sind nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Wer empfindlich ist auf Verkehrslärm, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitbringen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist aber zum ruhigen Innenhof gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

great apartment in best location

Let's start with the landlords: - super nice and friendly contact in advance, - have offered assistance with arrival and departure, were also immediately contactable even during the stay, - super fast answers to all questions, - flexible when our arrival was delayed to the apartment itself: - excellent location, (almost) everything can actually be reached on foot (St. Peter's Cathedral < 1 h ) - Supermarket around the corner, good restaurants in the side streets - functional furnishings; extensive equipment, especially in the kitchen: we have missed nothing - big rooms, big kitchen, much space to store our stuff - clean and probably only recently renovated, it still seemed all new - The only downside is that it is an old building on a busy street and you hear the traffic. We felt very comfortable :-) We warmly recommend the apartment!
