Golondrina 17 is located on the first row to the beach, in the best group (number 4) of the 7 of a well-known 3 stars resort, facing the long beach (blue flag) of Matagorda, a few minutes from the heart of the tourist center of Puerto Del Carmen. Here, less than 60 meters away the 18 Kilometers of beach that crawl between Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife, guests will enjoy above all the rest relaxation, while being able to easily walk to all amenities, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It is a corner bungalow with a beautiful fully furnished sun terrace (thatched) in south-west exposure (depending on the season, sunshine is from 9 or 10 AM 'till sunset); last of its row of small blocks of 4-5 semi-detached bungalows. From the terrace, guests do not watch on the wall next to the resort, but on a large palm garden, created as a windbreak: the unique touch of Matagorda! Between the palms, sparkles, especially in the afternoon, the Atlantic, and the sunsets on Lanzarote are dramatics.

Why they chose this property
Knowing Lanzarote since 1982, I discovered every spectacular or hidden corner. Coming for holiday, Matagorda is the best place to stay: so calm and safe; and so central to reach any place in the island! The resort is rated 3 stars and one of the best; the beach is blue flag. Our group 4 is completely flat and I built an access ramp at the entrance step and a little access gate to the garden, to add more privacy. When I first saw the 2 houses, thought absolutely had to buy 1; because there is no place like Matagorda and not many bungalows so close to the sea and in such a wonderful location, with a palm-groove and great privacy. The bungalows are so luminous and, even simply furnitured, they have personality and are cozy. I was undecided on which one to buy: 1 with bigger garden, 1 beside pool and sea... “Take both" I thought; and I still think that both have a special enchantment. You will enjoy them!
What makes this property unique
You will appreciate being in one of the few first row properties on the island, with beautiful beaches. Will enjoy sunshine all day long, being in a very quiet and safe resort and in a cozy bungalow; on an area from which you can easily reach everyplace of the island; and this, at a very reasonable price for such a privileged situation! The bungalows are easily and shortly reached from the airport. To go to the beach you don’t have to cross a busy street and there are no cars disturbing! Our group 4 is on a completely flat area and are only on ground floor, with no step on.
