Unpretentious comfortable cottage

Unpretentious but well appointed property (dishwasher, washing machine etc), overall a comfortable stay. Teenagers found lack of WiFi frustrating but they adapted! Dog friendly, though limited outside space with shared courtyard/ parking. Owner very helpful and welcoming. Good location for Penrith 15mins, Ullswater 30mins by car
