Picturesque villa in Montmeyan with pool

This beautiful single-storey villa is located 500m from the center of Montmeyan; a charming village in Provence. In the morning you can buy your baguette in the village on foot. Close by you will find Régusse, an old Templar town with two windmills. A 15 minute drive away is the azure Lac de Sainte Croix with beaches and the breathtaking Gorges du Verdon, known as the Grand Canyon of Europe. Climbing, swimming, golf, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and much more, all within easy reach. A day at the beach of Sainte Maxime is also more than worth it.

Your villa is located on a fenced property within walking distance of the village. The villa was built in 2017 from sustainable materials. The villa has a spacious terrace with dining table for your meals outside. A little further in the garden is the swimming pool and there is also a swing. The view is beautiful.

Inside is a spacious living room with open kitchen. Fully equipped, the latter invites you to prepare delicious Mediterranean meals. The lounge corner is equipped with a flat screen TV. There are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Thanks to the air conditioning, you can also enjoy a comfortable night's sleep during the very hot summer months.
