The lounge is very spacious and features a comfortable chaise-long sofa and a dining table for 4 people, as well as a large window through which you access the large terrace situated in the very first line of the Mar Menor, perfect for enjoying its unique sunsets.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the main one features a double bed and its own private bathroom with a bathtub, the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes and large windows with first-line sea views.
The kitchen, fully equipped, has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, utility room with washing machine and everything necessary for a perfect holiday.
The apartment has free high-speed internet with fibre optic.
Dogs are admitted with prior notice (€25 extra per stay)
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Failure to comply will result in the loss of the deposit.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and they incur an extra charge of €30.

Just 50 metres from the apartment there is a supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are restaurants, bars, pharmacy...

Apartamento con magníficas vistas
El apartamento está situado en un lugar privilegiado y muy tranquilo. Espacioso y limpio.
En la piscina hemos echado de menos, algo de sombra y en el suelo vendría bien algo para que no se quemaran los pues al salir del agua.

Buenos días Josefa, gracias por su valoración. Cierto que el apartamento está muy bien, ya que se ha ido renovando, además está en primera línea del Mediterráneo y tiene ventilación cruzada al tener ventanas en 3 de los 4 lados que tiene el piso. Cierto que no tiene aire acondicionado, cómo se puede ver en el anuncio.
La distancia a la playa, orientación (norte), equipamiento, la urbanización (2 piscinas), la zona y amplitud lo hacen ideal. Todo está reflejado en el anuncio.
