Calm and tranquility for this part of the house, on the edge of a fishing village pond in the heart of the regional natural park, located 15 minutes from Narbonne and 25 minutes from the beach,
 Plus a totally private 9x3 pool
A wooden terrace where you can sunbathe or take advantage of the deckchairs in the shade of pine trees while enjoying the song of the cicadas.
Fully equipped for 4 to 5 people upstairs 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed 1 bathroom with bath and WC,
on the ground floor 1 sofa bed in the kitchen living area as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet

Hébergement petit pour un couple avec 1 enfants ça va mes plus trop petit 3 personne maximum, entretien de la piscine a faire 30 min chaque matin,matela des lit et clic clac avec plein de tâches, entré du logement qui ce fait par une porte fenêtre,maison a rénover pour notre part nous avons pas utilisé la douche du bas mur qui s effrite fenêtre condamné et pour notre 2em jours coupure de courant obligé d appeler le propriétaire pour avoir accès aux disjoncteur qui est dans sont logement.Barbecue a l extérieur pas nettoyé voilà notre expérience

Très bel endroit

Cadre vraiment sympa dans un petit village au bord de l’étang. Tout était accessible en voiture aux alentours (plages, cité de Carcassonne, réserve de Sigean). Le logement etait propre et calme et la piscine etait très appréciable.

Super séjour en famille

Petit logement agréable et bien équipé . Nous avons été très surpris du calme de Bages.Idéal pour se reposer et profité de la piscine.Le propriétaire est très sympathique et a l’écoute . Location très bien pour 5 personnes, limite pour 6. Le village est plein de charme. La piscine est parfaite ainsi que son entretien. L'épicerie du village est à bannir, les prix y sont prohibitifs (3,80€ le melon !)

Cette location correspondait à notre attente et le propriétaire a été tout a fait à l'écoute, on s est senti bien reçu. Par ailleurs Bages est un petit village magnifique ainsi que les alentours. De bien belles vacances

Petit gîte au calme

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce, propre et bien équipé. Piscine agréable, village charmant, stationnement facile. Véhicule nécessaire car peu d'activités de loisir sur place. Seul bémol les invasions de moustiques !
