Amazing location but poor communication with property manager

Perfect location as it's so close to the beach and Calpe centre. We had issues with no hot water for the first two days as they forgot to turn on the boiler. There was not a sense of urgency to get it fixed. They also only made up one bed out of the two bedroom apartment which is quite an assumption even if it defaulted to just two people instead of four. The shower head was not hooked on the wall and we had to hold it which was fine but again no sense of urgency to fix it. Great place for our family of four just poor communication.
