The apartment is in the typical neighborhood of Prati, a building of the early twentieth century that overlooks a garden square.
You enter the building and enter into a large and spacious living room with a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
The newly renovated apartment (July 2017) has high-end furnishings and furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with the latest home appliances complete with high quality cookware, tableware, cooking utensils, coffee maker and toaster. Up to 4 people can be seated comfortably to eat.
In the living area, there is a 4-seater sofa and a 50-inch high definition TV that allows you to watch hundreds of satellite channels.

The bathroom is complete with large shower (70x160 cm) and bidet.

L'appartamento ideale per visitare Roma

L'appartamento è perfetto per ospitare fino a 4 persone, è arredato con gusto e c'è tutto ciò che serve per poter soggiornare in tutta tranquillità. Il Vaticano, la fermata della metro e degli Autobus sono vicini, quindi consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque decida di visitare la città. Roma ci ha molto colpiti per la bellezza delle sue opere d'arte e dei suoi monumenti, per l'ospitalità dei Romani e per la comodità con la quale ci si può spostare. Nonostante la moltitudine di turisti, ci sono talmente tante cose da vedere da non risultare caotica, si mangia benissimo senza spendere troppo. Ci torneremo!

Sehr schöne und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung in prima Lage. Für Familien mit Kindern vor allem wegen des großen Spielplatz direkt vor dem Haus geeignet. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter!
