It is located in an elegant building with a doorman, the apartment is equipped with every comfort. The renovation was carried out about three years ago, it was carried out keeping the characteristics of the 30s intact, such as the Venetian floors, the doors and the windows, this gives the apartment an extra charm and warmth. Located on a high floor and is very bright and panoramic. In the living room there is a sofa, a table with chairs where you can eat or work on the computer, there is a comfortable and new fully equipped kitchen, pots, plates, glasses are of excellent quality, equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee, oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, spices are at your disposal. The bedroom is equipped with every comfort, the mattresses are comfortable, the linen is perfectly clean, there is a large screen TV and you can comfortably lie down to watch a film in your language with Netflix and Amazon prime video.
The bathroom has a comfortable shower and is stocked with hand soap, shampoo/shower gel, toilet paper and a hairdryer. In the dressing room you will find the washing machine with detergent. Supplied with bed linen and towels for each guest. Super fast Wi-Fi Internet, Air Conditioning throughout the apartment.
With the Metro just a few steps away, you can reach the major tourist attractions of Rome in 5-10 minutes: the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, St. Peter's and much more.

It is also well connected with Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and Termini and Tiburtina stations.

Under the house there is a new and large paid parking, very convenient.

Great location and quiet property

Overall our stay was as expected. The location of the apartment is very close to public transportation which quickly took us to center city but the area itself felt like a residential neighborhood. Despite being in an apartment building it was very quiet at night. The only issue we had was the size of the bathroom. Consistent with other reviews, it is VERY small. We are not large people and more or less had to side sit on the toilet. There were also some drainage issues with the shower and sink when used at the same time but I believe that is based on the age of the building and overall plumbing. If you are someone who needs a fancy bathroom this is not the place for you. It worked for us as we were largely only in the apartment to sleep between excursions to all the wonderful monuments and restaurants! A small suggestion is to add a second mirror in the bedroom to allow guests to get ready for the day without having to share the bathroom with whomever is showering. Elanora was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. She also provided plenty of recommendations on places to eat and also transportation suggestions.

Close to perfect

To begin, the location is nearly ideal. The metro is a block away, and a 24-hour supermarket is 2 blocks away. Lots of shops and restaurants there, too. The property is quiet, with blackouts blinds for late sleepers. It's on the 7th floor, and the 2 little elevators can be iffy at times. I mostly used the stairs going down to make things less frustrating. Not a big deal for people without mobility issues. The apartment is small but bright and clean. Lots of white Ikea furniture, which I like. The kitchen isn't for entertaining, but it's perfect for one person. I cooked for myself every day without issue. The bedroom is actually very nice, and the (Ikea) bed/mattress is comfortable. The TV is an enormous flatscreen, which I didn't really use. Lots of space for hanging clothes. The washing machine is also efficient. The only real issue with the property may be the bathroom. It's fine, but it's small. I'm not a big person, but I had to turn sideways to get past the sink with the door open (it opens inward). The distance from the front of the toilet to the opposing wall is perhaps 12 inches, so be prepared to rest your forehead against the wall while you sit on it. The shower is likewise small, but okay for one person. The small bathroom is likely not an issue for anyone but long-term guests who are bigger in size, and the positive more than compensates for this. I'd recommend this property with no hesitation.

Uncomfortable and in disrepair

The neighborhood and building are in a great location with transportation to the center only minutes away with markets&restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning and hot water work great. The furniture in the listing photos isn’t accurate. There is a daybed replacing the sofa and three chairs for the dining table. All the furniture is horribly uncomfortable and dirty except the bed is okay. It’s a very soft mattress on a spring cot bed so not good for someone needing a firm bed. The walls and all the furniture are dirty and badly beat up. When we arrived the floors weren’t clean and the vacuum had no suction so I had to take the filter out and clean the impacted dirt so it would work. I also had to clean all the food particles from the kitchen drawers and cabinets and rewashed the dishes because they looked like they were never cleaned. The bathroom is small but usable except the shower was dirty and moldy so I cleaned that as best as possible with the cleaning products available in the apartment. Our toilet tank took 30 minutes to refill and the owner said she would send someone but we travel with expensive luggage,clothes and jewelry so we didn’t want anyone coming in without us there. We used a bucket and filled it in the shower to flush the toilet. The light fixtures were full of bugs and one light in the hallway had fallen out of the ceiling and hung by its wires.Toilet paper holder also broken. I took photos of everything in case someone needs.

Il prezzo non in rapporto con la qualita'. Al Ceck in appartamento non pronto, senza lenzuola ed asciugamani arrivati in secondo tempo. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento sporco, la host si e' giustificata in quanto sono stati fatti lavori al box doccia! si e' scusata offrendoci una colazione al bar vicino, ringraziata ma nel complesso non siamo stati per niente soddisfatti!

Appartamento stupendo, in un ottimo quartiere

L'appartamento è molto moderno, ben arredato e fornito. È stato appena ristrutturato ed è curato nei minimi dettagli. Si trova a pochissimi passi dalla stazione metro e pullman ed è vicinissimo ad un supermercato aperto h 24, a pizzerie e gelaterie. Il quartiere è tranquillo e ben frequentato e la padrona gentilissima e disponibile. Consigliato vivamente a chi vuole soggiornare a Roma!
