Rustic and romantic house, has a large outdoor garden with pool on a wooden patio, dining area and barbecue plus external oven. Inside: living room with fireplace and single sofa-bed, kitchen, double bedroom upstair, single bedroom downstair, bathroom with shower. Number of beds 2 plus 1 single sofa-bed, maximum sleeps: 3 + 1, plus any newborn baby in a baby bed. The view is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and the welcome is very friendly and warm. Guests will feel at home!

Amazing place with beautiful view

We had an amazing time at this place. It looks exactly like in the pictures and actually is a little paradise on the hill. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The road to the property is a bit adventurous, so that's something to consider. We had some issues after rain, so a small 4x4 would have been a good choice.

Beautiful seclusion in stunning surroundings

We had the most amazing stay. The house is absolutely charming, and without a single other person within either view or earshot, the privacy and seclusion is just sublime. The house has everything you could want, and the garden has every chair, table, lounger, lights and BBQ that your heart could desire. The hosting is superb and we couldn’t have been better cared for, with great communication throughout. If you are thinking of booking, you should just book; you won’t regret it.

Wonderful stay with beautiful views

Our family of 2 adults + 2 children was greated by Marcello and Andrea at the nearby restaurant Da Valentiona (Where we highly recommend you go and eat - Great food and reasonable prices). Marcello and Andrea showed us to the house, which had a great view over the hills of Toscany. They had even bought something to drink for us and chocolate for the kids. Their hospitality was absolutely without comparison and whenever we had a question and sent them a mail, they would reply within minutes. The house is small for four people, but it has everything you would need and the suroundings are fantastic. We had 10 great days in the house and have absolutely nothing to complain about, except maybe the very narrow and winding road to the house, which we can hardly blame anyone for. Our highest recommendations to this house and to the extremely nice Marcello and Andrea !

Traumhafte Auszeit in der Toskana

Traumhaftes, kuschliges Ferienhaus mit großem Garten und Pool in absolut abgeschiedener, ruhiger Lage. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber! Marcello und Andrea geben sich sehr große Mühe und helfen bei jeder Frage weiter. Ein wirklich rundum entspannter Urlaub!!

Le paradis sur terre se trouve à Pescaglia...

Que dire exactement quand tout était parfait et encore mieux qu'imaginé ? La maison, magnifiquement située dans un écrin de verdure, isolée juste comme il le faut, est super équipée et très pratique, en plus d'être très belle. Le jardin est paradisiaque, la vue sur la vallée à couper le souffle, la piscine et l'espace environnant sont vraiment exceptionnels. Ajoutons à cela la gentillesse et l'efficacité d'Andrea, de Marcello et Vincenza, qui font tout pour que le séjour se déroule de la meilleure des façons, avec discrétion et efficacité... Tout était mieux que ce que nous avions espéré, et nous avons passé une semaine éblouissante dans ce véritable paradis...Grazzie mille !!

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus von Marcello und Andrea in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist zwar nicht groß, aber enthält alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Neben der klassischen Küchenausstattung gibt es draussen noch einen Pizzaofen und einen Grill. Der Garten ist kaum zu toppen, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten mit grandioser Aussicht, die Hängematten laden zum Chillen ein. Wenn es zu heiß wird, bietet der Pool tolle Abkühlungsmöglichkeiten. Mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch ist man schnell im Dörfchen Fiano mit Restaurant und Alimentari. Einzig die Anfahrt zum Haus war zu Beginn etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sehr steil, kurvenreich und eng, aber mit etwas Übung klappt es. Marcello und Andrea waren stets ansprechbar und sehr fürsorglich, z.B.mit Getränken. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder. Beate, Jens und Kinder

Schönes Grundstück. Absolute Ruhe. Fantastische Landschaft. Supernette Vermieter.

Wir wurden von Marcello empfangen und zum Grundstück geführt. Der Weg ist recht steil und eng, aber für einen normalen Pkw kein Problem. Das Grundstück ist das letzte am Weg. Hier kommt niemand sonst hin. Absolute Ruhe ist garantiert. Der Pool ist relativ groß und Marcello reinigt ihn regelmäßig. Darum muss man sich nicht kümmern. Das Haus ist recht klein, bietet aber alles, was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich oben und hat keine Tür zur Treppe, ist also offen. Das sollte man wissen. Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Marcello und Andrea waren sehr aufmerksam und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben. Bei Fragen (jederzeit erreichbar über Whatsapp) erhielten wir innerhalb von Minuten eine Rückmeldung. Es war für uns somit ein wirklich erholsamer Urlaub. Wir würden dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank noch einmal Marcello und Andrea
