First floor (with Lift) and only 5 mins stroll from the Arenal sandy beach with modern bars, restaurants, beach promenade and play areas to suit all ages. From the furnished private balcony you can enjoy 'al fresco' dining, overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful landscaped tropical gardens. We have been coming to Javea regularly since 2014, it’s our second home. Therefore we have furnished our apartment to the very high standard we would want and so our guests can also enjoy the same. We particularly love sitting on the balcony any time of day overlooking the pool and tropical garden. Only 5 minute stroll to Arenal beach and all it’s amenities
