Roomy accommodation, with a nice balcony and a small seating area downstairs with 4 seats up and down. Reasonable kitchen with a good size fridge freezer and dishwasher . Beds are comfortable, TV signal is a bit iffy at times mainly on BBC 1, wi fi is ok, it never failed but don't think it's very fast. Angie and Tony are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend hiring a canoe to explore the waterways. It is near a very busy main road which was difficult to cross at times with our bikes, but the noise was unnoticeable inside the cottage. There is a very low ceilinged entrance to the bedrooms downstairs where you'll have to watch your head. Overall good value for money Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Would totally recommend.
Would totally recommend. Owners very friendly and helpful. Felt safe, organised and clean in terms of corona virus. Fantastic location in itself and easy to get about for day trips. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the River. Also great communal courtyard to front of properties. Some road noise at peak times but not intrusive. New memory foam mattress very comfortable. Pool bigger than expected, about 15m long and lovely temperature. Use of rowing boat for the week a bonus. Also able to hire out canoes or launch your own from the property. Tesco 5mins drive away and good farm shop. Would recomend going to Horsey to see the seals and lovely circular walk from national trust wind pump. Also did circular walk from Ludham to how hill then onto a ruined Abbey, lots of wildlife to see. Getting on the water is a must, we hired a diesel small boat for the day and lots of free moorings for pit stops and tried canoeing for the first time which was great fun on the river ant from the property. 30 mins to Cromer for victorian pier and fish and chips! Was our first trip to Norfolk and travelled with teenage boys. We all agreed we'd go back and would book malt shovel again! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
