We had marvellous time at the cottage.
We had marvellous time at the cottage. It was ideal for us, especially that our 2-year-old is a pretty demanding customer. Clean, cosy, fully equipped and within walking distance to Keswick town centre. At times we could leave our car behind and enjoy fresh air, sounds of nature and beautiful views of hills surrounding Burnside Park. We are planning to return with our in-laws soon and will be recommending this website and in particular the cottage to our friends and family. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Fell view lodge is in a stunning location which offers a peaceful and tranquility with great views. The lodge is really well equipped with everything you could need, the only slight criticism would be the mattress which could do with updating, but this didn’t detract from how much we enjoyed staying here. It’s a short walk into Keswick which has everything you could need and the Pheasant pub is even closer which has a great atmosphere and good food. Overall we had a fabulous holiday staying at fell view lodge and would definitely book again if returning to the Lake District. Highly recommended.

As keen outdoor enthusiasts, who also like exploring historical buildings and churches, we found that Fell View was the ideal place to stay for our week in the Lake District. With a bottle of wine to welcome us, we soon felt relaxed in the very comfortable lodge, which was clean and well equipped. On our booking form it said to bring towels, but there were two bath towels, two hand towels and three dish towels supplied. Being on the outskirts of Keswick, it is a peaceful and lovely place to stay and the holiday park is very well kept. It is very easy to get into the town - it only takes minutes. We had a super holiday in the Lakes, and it was great to come back in the evenings and chill out in Fell View. Thoroughly recommend it.

The lodge is very cosy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are lovely from the lodge. An easy walk into Keswick, which has everything you could want from shops, lake (Derwent Water), museums, parks and much more. The lodge was a great base for us to use to visit Ullswater, Cockermouth and Windermere. The lakes are all simply stunning.

We first stayed here two years ago and loved it so much we decided to come back.
We first stayed here two years ago and loved it so much we decided to come back. We never stay in the same area twice on our holidays but we just loved the lodge and Keswick so much we even said we would come back for a third time in the future. This lodge is extremely well equipped with everything and more you can possibly need. You cant hear the traffic at all from the main road and it is so easy to find. There are fantastic views in the surrounding areas and so many walks and climbs up hills to try out. Derwent water is great to navigate all the way around as well as other lakes nearby. Keswick town itself is a short walk away with so many shops and eating places and most places don't mind you going in with muddy walking boots and dogs in tow. There are so many places to hike about that we have only scratched the surface. We cant wait to go back one day.
