Awesome accommodation. Super clean, comfy and warm. Everything you could ever need is there. Grandchildren loved their stay. Especially for my horse mad 6 year old Grandson who was super excited that horses were so close.
Shame local pub no longer does food but to be honest I was happy to cook in that super kitchen!
Will Definitely return as soon as possible.
A very spacious property, well appointed in a quiet location and welcoming owners.

The roomy, comfortable modern cottage was well-positioned for us to explore an area of Norfolk that was unfamiliar to us. We found plenty to do, to see and to experience. Our hosts were friendly and helpful.

The cottage is in a great location to visit all of the wonderful attractions in the surrounding areas - typically within a 30 minute drive. This included Great Yarmouth pleasure beach and wonderful boat trips along the broads. The Stables was a home from home - very comfortable and clean. Sitting in the garden gazing across the fields was the perfect end to any day.

We have rented as many as 100 cottages over the past 35yrs and The Stables ranks in the top 3%.
We have rented as many as 100 cottages over the past 35yrs and The Stables ranks in the top 3%. If you are looking for a 2-bedroomed cottage in the Norfolk broads then look no further. As a couple all of the required accommodation was on the ground floor. All of the rooms are spacious, well-furnished, well-decorated and have everything you need. It is located in a quiet rural area of farmland with a small enclosed courtyard and a large garden, both with table and seating. There is almost unlimited walking and cycling options, and boat hire nearby.
Just book it. I would be amazed if you did not feel the same about its quality.
