Enjoyed our stay, spent 2 nights. Walked to the lake front, nice view of the lake from the screened in porch, very nice sitting in the evenings. Enjoyed the hot tub and great location. Love Lake Lure!

I would come back again and ask for the same cabin again. Be aware that cellphone coverage is mostly nonexistent at the cabin. For everything else, this place is a fantastic getaway.

Loved all the info available for surrounding areas, though some could use updating. This was a quiet and relaxing area. View was not quite what I expected because of tree growth/season, but on the flip side, it felt private. Didn't have any one on one correspondence with hosts, which seemed a little different, but there also wasn't really a need for it. All in all, a good visit.

The location was great. Unfortunately we weren't able to utilize the hot tub. The kayaks were a nice addition. The shared dock was not in good condition though, nor were the Adirondack chairs in the outdoor area, we were hoping to enjoy more outdoor seating areas on the property. Overall was a good stay.

Cabin was very nice. Needed some deep cleaning around fans and fixtures, but overall very nice. Unfortunately, we were unable to view the lake from the porch area due to over growth of limbs from the trees. It would be nice if the trees were pruned enough to allow a clear view of the beautiful lake. We brought our Mini dachshund for our trip and when we walked her leashed, the cabin next to us had 2 German Shepherds that were not leashed and the owner let them wander freely. They charged me and my dog several times which made it difficult to walk her. It might be helpful to ensure that guests with pets should always have them on a leash. Otherwise, we enjoyed our trip.

Nice little quiet, relaxing spot. Wife, pup & I enjoyed our weekend here. Great location close to restaurants & other things. A couple minor suggestions, big window in the bedroom doesn't close all the way or lock. Could use a slightly more comfortable mattress & definitely some better pillows. Maybe we'll check out one of the other cabins next time we're in the area, thanks!

Quiet place enjoy the stay

Enjoy the stay small but quaint wish the bed was a little more comfortable but had everything we needed internet was very slow and very poor cell service.

We are happy they had a good time. We have firm mattresses. If you prefer less firm, just let us know and we will add a foam topper. The cell service here is poor. One of the WiFi antennas had a limb fall on it and the service was at that time slow. It has now been repaired and the WiFi is back to normal.

Nice cabin

Nice place to stay. As a cabin, it isn’t a fancy house or hotel, but is a very nice unit. Well furnished, fridge, stove, microwave, heat/a-c, screened deck with hot tub and gas grill. Enjoyed our stay

Great cabin’

My sister and I stayed here to attend the Dirty Dancing Festival nearby. The cabin was perfect! So comfortable, had everything we needed and more. The screened in porch by the water was lovely. I can’t wait to come back with my husband and pups!

Great place to stay at Lake Lure.

Wonderful visit! Everything was as advertised and touches like dog bowls, toys were available. The timer on gas logs was a great idea. Very close to “downtown “ Lake Lure and restaurants and right on the water. Will definitely come back!
