Perfect place to stay when in town to see a UGA game. Football Parking pass available for those interested!

This well designed bungalow style home offers an enormous value with over 3000 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths! With a spacious living area on the main opening into the kitchen, a separate home office, as well as an upstairs den. The master suite is located on the main level with a gorgeous master bath, along with a private guest suite. Upstairs you will find 2 oversized bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, each with a study nook and en suite bath. The laundry room and mud room area are located at the rear of the home where you will enter.

Go DAWGS!

We were Athens with friends and family to see our daughter, who is a freshman at UGA, and to see The DAWGS BEAT Tennessee. This is a lovely home with plenty of room to host dinners for family and friends and to spread out and watch football on Sunday. It truly is a home away from home.

Wonderful, comfortable home.

The Van Note's home was perfect for our UGA / Auburn football weekend in Athens, with a birthday celebration for our daughter who is a student at UGA. The home is really wonderful. Bedrooms were all much larger than expected, all with their own bathrooms. Front porch, back porch / yard, BBQ ... you get the idea. It is a bit on the "edge" of 5 Points to make it just a bit of a too long walk to the game (especially with Grandparents staying with us), but still a really great location, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!
