This house has everything pool spa great outdoor areas quiet street so relaxing
Fantastic owners Jodie and Neale were easy to communicate with and very easy going . The house is amazing it has it all very comfortable great yards and excellent outdoor areas for all occasions , very quiet street made our stay very relaxing would highly recommend to anyone especially families with pool ,spa, tramp and plenty to do !
Dirty dusty house
We stayed in this house last year and it was spotless upon arrival. This year it was terrible-it was tidy but cleaners had definitely not been there before our arrival.
The dining room table was black with dust and the carpets were filthy. We had to wash each dish before we used it and the outdoor area had not been swept or any outdoor tables wiped down.
We will not be staying again as my youngest daughter also got bitten by fleas or small spiders which must’ve been on or in the mattresses.

Sorry the house did not meet your standards. We do have an agency looking after the property and a pre stay inspection was completed to ensure cleaning was completed and house was ready for tenants. If the cleaning was not up to your standard then this should have been highlighted to the agency upon checking in to the property (and not on last day of stay) so the situation could have been assessed and rectified if required.
Re the mattress - they were all recently replaced prior to your visit.
We have not had any complaints from any other visitors re cleaning or condition of mattresses before or subsequent to your visit.
Heaven
Perfect place to unwind. The pool was still very cold so we made more use of the hot tub. The kids were entertained and the house was very clean. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything you need for a family holiday!
My family had a wonderful time. Didn't want to leave. Everything you need to entertain all ages! The pool and spa were awesome. The property offers a very comfy house in a quiet street. There is plenty of chill out zones outside. We hope to be back again next year! Highly recommend this property for families or anyone really.
