The Beach House on Morris is an older style house which sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. The house has spacious living areas and with 2 bathrooms it can accommodate 1 or 2 families. We are unable to accept bookings from large groups - families only.
No schoolies are accepted.

Set on a 1500m block, the property is fully fenced making it ideal for children to play safely in the gardens. Well behaved pets are allowed. There are two decked areas for outdoor BBQ's or just sitting and relaxing in the sun. There is an outdoor shower for washing off when you return from the beach.

The kitchen is newly renovated with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and oven.

One bathroom is large with a bath, toilet and access to the master bedroom. The second bathroom is newly remodeled and has a shower and toilet - and also has the washing machine.

Features include large flat screen TV, DVD player, washing machine, fridge, microwave, 10 seat table/chairs, BBQ, and outdoor setting.

It's an easy, flat walk to the bay beach - 1km.

Bedroom layout - sleeps 10

Master bedroom has a queen sized bed with ensuite access to main bathroom. There is a TV in this bedroom.

2nd bedroom has a two bunk beds (sleeps 4). There is also a TV for the kids to watch their movies or play computer games.

3rd bedroom has a queen bed.

4th bedroom has a queen bed.

In order for us to keep the price down, we ask that you bring your own linen - sheets and towels (pillows and doonas are provided). Linen can be provided for a fee -$30 per queen bed and $18 per single bed.

Tidy home with open plan living perfect for 2 larger dogs/family. Everything you need in kitchen for entertaining. Backyard well fenced & fabulous size for dogs who enjoy a zoom. Just a few fence pales are coming off so recommend a quick nail fix. Native Tea Trees are a beautiful block asset. Laundry shower & back deck fridge suggest spot clean. Easy walk to beach with 2 good cafes at ready access. Great locale to visit regional places. Overall a really lovely stay & very dog friendly.

Perfect getaway

We stayed 10 days and had the most relaxed and comfortable break. Everything was perfect and the location is spot on for supermarkets, cafes, the beach and freeway access. A wonderful host who was unbelievably generous when we had to leave 3 days early due to a family situation at home. This is one house we will definitely be coming back to.

Delightful Stay

We really enjoyed this beach house. It had a great large yard and roomy bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was very convenient and a great cafe a five minute walk. We took two small dogs who had a fabulous time in the yard and at the local park which was fabulous. Very close to the Peninsular Spa which was spectacular! The house had every thing needed in the well equipped kitchen. Thoroughly recommend for families. Would definitely return.
