Charming Bungalow in the Heart of Town- Family Friendly/ 2 Bikes/ Firepit!
100 year old home completely renovated. This home is in the heart of downtown Palisade. Walk or bike to local wineries, distilleries, restaurants, art galleries, etc! There are two bikes at the home available for use and a bike shop a half a block down the street where you can rent your own. The front porch offers a prime place for people watching and catching up with friends over a bottle of Palisade wine! A firepit and great outdoor dining space have recently been added as well.

They love the dichotomy of old and new while crafting amazing spaces. Amy is a licensed interior designer who ejoys commercial and residential design. Together they manage many houses around the western half of Colorado.They have been working diligently with Jessica to ensure that you have an amazing time in Palisade. They will do just about anything to make sure you have a clean relaxing stay. Through their travels and personal experiences with VRBOs (Airbnbs) they have honed every detail of your stay. They constantly strive to improve their houses, the guest's experience and they know that a clean well stocked house is key to a great stay. This house is a dedicated vacation rental that is cleaned and managed professionally by a dedicated full-time staff. They will do just about anything to accommodate your stay. Don’t be afraid to ask!

This house is close to art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy beds, the coziness, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). There are two bikes available for use and a bike shop a half block down the street. Walk/ride to local wineries, festivals, etc!
