SeaCape House Cape Paterson
Lovely family beach house set just 15 minutes walk from beautiful Cape Paterson beaches and set to a relaxing rural backdrop. The house has 2 queen sized bedrooms, a third bedroom with one set of bunk beds, a spacious open plan living area with comfortable lounges and formal dining area. All bedrooms contain large built in robes, and the two queen rooms contain ceiling fans. A fully renovated family sized bathroom with separate toilet and laundry (complete with new washing machine) make for comfortable family living. Spacious landscaped native garden surrounds an outdoor deck area, with BBQ and outdoor setting (together with sun shade) for relaxed outdoor dining. The house has a 50" Smart TV, DVD player, and stereo and benefits from a split system air conditioning/heating unit, perfect to cool down after a hot day at the beach or warm up on a chilly night. Full kitchen facilities including microwave make for easy food preparation. A double garage can easily house any trailer or boat with complete security.

Stunning coastal drive to Inverloch, just 15 mins drive away, with national parks and viewing points along the way, allowing convenient access to restaurants and cafes;
Easy access to Wonthaggi – just 10 mins drive – for all shopping needs, restaurants, entertainment, golf course and State Coal Mine;
Great starting point for trips to Wilson’s Prom (for amazing walks and wildlife), and Phillip Island is just 25 mins drive away.
