Answer the family’s call for a contemporary coastal-style holiday home just 200m from the rollers of Boomer Beach. On the beach side of Pt Elliot, the sweeping rural vistas from the elevated entertainer’s deck are the perfect spot to enjoy all that this popular holiday town has to offer!

Just 4 years old, this property has all the mod cons including reverse cycle ducted and zoned air conditioning, ceiling fans to all bedrooms plus rear patio and both living areas, dishwasher, NBN WiFi plus solar and rainwater tanks for an eco-friendly holiday!

The floor plan is two living areas (open plan living at the back plus a separate living area to the front of the house), four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big deck to the rear. This is a great place for two or three couples or two or three generations to holiday together!

Easy-care floating floors throughout the property are very pet friendly, letting you drop your bare footguard when those nearby beaches can tempt you to kick off your shoes and take the dog for a run!

Casual living and dining zones blend and open to the delightful rural outlook, plus a chef’s kitchen hosting an island bench and stainless appliances including a dishwasher, freestanding oven and gas cooktop.

The bedroom configuration is:

Main Bedroom – Queen bed
Second Bedroom – Queen bed
Third Bedroom – Queen bed
Fourth Bedroom – 2 Single Beds


The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

The house has excellent 1.5M colourbond fencing to keep your pets safe and a secure lawn area to the rear. And, as with all Pet Let properties, your pets are very welcome inside!

Located in uber-popular Pt Elliot, the local attractions are special! A stroll to Boomer Beach, a wander to Horseshoe Bay for fish and chips at the Flying Fish Café, the Strand for coffee or wine at the new Thunderbird Cafe or maybe the Hotel Elliot, the Saturday morning market at Lakala Reserve, wood over pizza on the weekend at No 58 Cellar Door, or a pie from the ever-popular Port Elliot Bakery.

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

Fabulous property

Fabulous house very clean and modern. Beautiful fenced garden for our dog. Location was great just a short walk to the beach. Definitely be one to return too!

Perfect for a family group

This property was purpose built for our stay. We had two families with small children and we could spread out easily with the two bedroom/bathroom wings and two living areas. Close to everything we needed, and contained all that we needed.

Great spot to relax with family and fur-babies

Our stay here exceeded expectations! The property was perfect for us to relax, enjoy a BBQ on the deck and sit around the fire pit for some special family time. Our furbabies loved it too! Secure backyard with plenty to sniff and some grass to play on. Thanks for a well needed relaxing break.

Port Elliot Paradise

Fantastic accommodation a short walk to ocean & beach in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is spacious, very clean & contains everything you would require on a holiday. It’s position is well suited to many walks exploring Port Elliot & all the township has to offer. Great cafes, shopping & eateries. The Cockle Train ride is a must stopping at Port Elliot station. Fantastic wine region at MacLaren Vale, amazing ‘reds’.

Home but not home

This house gives out good vibes. It’s clean, well laid out and pets are welcomed in the whole house. Just like being at home but more relaxing. We’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Issues

No second remote for tv. Caused problems for family. Reported to house owners and they said only one remote. And i said well thats ridiculous !! We got remote on our iphones. Had no clue wot type of tv on property ?? Second living area. No doors !! Arguments about hearing other party noise from their movies. Crap ! Thought the living area would have doors to separate noise No plug for basin !! Towel rail falling apart. Stuk with sticky tape??? Kept falling off Toilet paper supply. Poor. Considering price we paid for house Air con control poor Inappropriate card game With expletives on it. Like c,,, d…. C.. had to confiscate as teenagers Thought it was a family friendly house??? No steel poke for firepit. We bought firestarters matches wood You could have provided a steel poke Or any supplies for it poor for the price we paid !!! No biodegradable bags for compost bin. So Used plastic. Which goes to landfill Very poor lighting on balcony near bbq area Lucky we had our own lighting. Cooking in dark pretty much , poor!!! Blinds on outside area difficult to fasten at the base have been intalled incorrectly? When we pulled out the sofa couch. Very filthy. Had not been cleaned clearly since last occupancy autistic teenager said how disgusting !!! And would not sleep there. So caused more trouble and conflict Very poor. Considering cleaning fees !!!! Involved

Quick spare of the moment weekend get away

We were very impressed with this property it was so spacious had everything we needed and very clean. The beds were super comfy and the neighbourhood was very quiet. It was great that we could bring our dog along, she enjoyed the fenced in yard and balcony. We would definitely recommend this place plenty of room to spread out and all the entertainment you need!

Port Elliot family holiday

The design of the house worked very well for multiple generations with a nice balance of privacy in the bedrooms and bathrooms. and intimacy in the central shared areas of kitchen and living rooms. The Outdoor deck was particularly lovely and we used it a lot. The kitchen was Very well equiped with high quality appliances and a lovely large oven. More pegs would have been handy. The Washing rack although a good size is broken and prone to collapse. There were inadequate coat hangers provided but we purchased and left for the new guests. Overall it was a very happy stay and all our service needs were promptly met.

Lovely holiday home!

My husband and I, along with our dog Kíli, loved staying at your beautiful house in Port Elliot! It was the perfect weather to make use of your beautiful deck! The house has all the facilities you could wish for, and would definitely suit a couple of families staying together. This was a perfect place for us to get away on our babymoon (due Feb), and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Good but more parking fir your guests would be great. If your property allows up to 8 people you would think that at least 3 cars would be able to park easily on the property.
