I had a wonderful stay at the property with my family. The highlight was the stunning beach view. My son was thoroughly entertained with the X-Box and other games. I would highly recommend this property to my friends.
Beautiful house, great location & the view wow. Beach is easy walk as is the convenience store. Would totally recommend to anyone, we loved our stay, it just wasn't long enough. Thanks Chris.
Nice but basic space by the beach. The property was clean but older. The biggest difficulty for us was the request to limit shower to 3 minutes or less so we wouldn’t run out of water. That was a bit stressful. Maybe it would be ok for a group of all guys but harder for us with long hair. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space in the house for a family. We traveled with 3 of our kids and it felt like we had plenty of room.

This was the best family friendly property - it had more than everything we needed! Affordable and well stocked as a self contained accommodation. Chris was great to communicate with
Fabulous, family friendly accomodation in a lovely, quiet location with beautiful views over the water. The House was supremely comfortable and has everything one needed. The Little general store was a convenient few minutes walk away. Can not fault our stay and would love to come again one day.
Nothing in the town to do but enjoy the peace and spend time with your people. Just what we wanted. The house had everything we needed and then some, for a very comfortable break
A lovely and convenient place to visit Hobart, 30 minutes from airport and 45 minutes to Constitution Dock.
We enjoyed our time at Primrose Sands, 3 minutes walk to the beach, Carolyn, the host, has been more than helpful during our stay
We will strongly recommend
What a fabulous destination!

What a fabulous view!
Chris was so easy to communicate with.
House was clean, spacious and homely.
I would highly recommend this place for a summer vacation but even right in the heart of winter there is nothing I can fault.
Thank you for the heads up in regard to the southern lights Chris and thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous home.
Will be back again some day with a better camera!
Cheers

Nice place to stay but a bit tired and needs some work to be done
Though we enjoyed this property it is tired and needs some TLC. These were the specific things we noticed.
1. The cleaning spray under the sink was empty. We did find a bottle.in the cupboard later but it would have been good if that was full given COVID.
2. It would be great if there were a few more wine glasses. There is only one wine glass, the rest are for bubbles
3. Couple of very large spider webs hanging from the large tree in the backyard with two nasty looking spiders in them. It would be nice if these were removed.
4. Some BBQ tongs and something to use to clean the BBQ would also be handy
The owners of this property have gone above and beyond at accommodating for everyone's possible needs. The house is very tastefully decorated, well appointed and comfortable and the views are incredible. It's a perfect haven and get away for families of all ages. Loved how there was so much choice for entertainment for young and old. We are definitely keen to stay again.
Good for a family stay close to beach and shop, beds were comfortable, house was clean.
