Boathaven Beach House

Affordable family friendly, pet friendly cottage style accommodation. 3 bedrooms, full kitchen facilities. BYO sheets, towels & pillows or linen hire and breakfast provisions available for small extra fee. Free gas BBQ and undercover outdoor living area. All set on a half acre block with lots of shady trees. Nestled in the valley, only 700metres from beautiful safe beach, jetty and convenience store.

Locality

Boathaven Beach House is ideal as a Kangaroo Island stopover only 15 mins drive from the ferry or 20 mins from Deep Creek Conservation Park with its spectacular scenery and bushwalks. A short drive to several stunning golf courses and plenty to see for divers and snorkellers alike. A fabulous destination for an affordable relaxing beach holiday.

Flexibility

Although Second Valley is a lot of fun in summer, it is also a beautiful place to enjoy wintery weather. Tuck yourself up in bed with our feather quilts, electric blankets and a good book, or just enjoy walking the green hills , looking out to sea in nearby Deep Creek Conservation Park

Go op-shopping in Normanville, find a bargain at one of several interesting secondhand or antique stores in Yankalilla. Enjoy some great cafes, breweries, and pubs on the Fleurieu peninsula.

Fun beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. Not too far from the beach, quiet, and the house had everything we needed. The games and books were great, the kids loved exploring the house and garden. Very relaxing and made for a great beach holiday.

A wonderful laid back holiday

Everything you could want for a holiday with a homely feel meaning the conveniences were all there but not overwhelming or too precious. My twoCavalier King Charles Spaniels loved their stay as well as my friend and I. The people who own the property are very considerate and helpful.
