Great Vacation home

This house is close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Big house, has everything you need, plenty of room, owner is great at responding to any questions. Master bed was comfortable, with ensuite. Nice back yard sitting area in patio, with big pool completely enclosed, can be a little cold as not heated but warms up on hot days. Enjoyed our stay.

Great value for what it offers.

This is for you if more space and a private pool and lanai beats the crowds on the beach. House appears on the market with older decor, but it's very clean with recent appliances and well equipped in the kitchen and for the beach and pool. Fishing poles were a nice touch.

We stayed at Karl's house for a long weekend. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Instructions to get in the house were easy to follow and Karl was quick to respond to any questions I had. Great location, just outside the hustle of Siesta Key but close enough to everything we wanted to do. The house is older but in great condition. Beds were comfy, lots of towels for the pool. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

My wife and I stayed the month of February at Karl's property. It is a lovely and comfortable home in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, convenient to Sarasota and Siesta Key. We were very relaxed in the home, we enjoyed the pool very much, and we loved walking the neighborhood in the evenings. The home is very well equipped and offered all we could have wanted. Karl was very agreeable and friendly and he graciously accommodated our request for a scent-free environment. Everything about our experience was wonderful.

I loved the place, the pool was great and the manager helped us with all of our problems. I have an autisic child that could get out the door and he found a way for us to secure it. My only suggestion would to be to update the two twin beds in the center room. Otherwise great stay.

Ideal location in lovely Sarasota, close to both Siesta Key and Key Lido beaches. Pool area was great for relaxing and enjoying the sun in a peaceful location. Simon’s Coffee House is 2 minutes walk and is great for both breakfast and lunch, friendly staff and good service. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as expected. Great place, close to everything, and very convenient. The house has everything you need to make a your stay pleasant.
