9 James Drv, Carrickalinga Rise. This modern double storey property offers guests 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & stunning views of the Fleurieu Peninsula coast. The property can comfortably accommodate 12 people & is perfectly set-up for 2-3 families.

Upstairs hosts an open plan kitchen, living & dining area. The kitchen, with gas cook top, large oven, microwave & dishwasher is well equipped for your cooking & entertaining needs. The spacious dining & living area with inbuilt wood fireplace overlooks the large covered deck. The master bedroom with king bed, en-suite & walk in robe, has views to the coast. There is also a third toilet on this level.

Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms: 2 queens, 1 double & ‘the bunkhouse’ – with room for 2 single bunk beds. There is a living room downstairs with TV/DVD & the laundry is suitably equipped for your needs with a front loader washing machine.

The backyard's large lawn area is perfect for the kids & family cricket matches. It also has a cubby house & swing set. The rear garden opens directly onto a large reserve – so there is plenty of room for all.

The property is a short drive to the Normanville cafe & shopping precinct, Yankalilla, McLaren Vale wineries, Forktree Brewing, Smiling Samoyed Brewery in Myponga & Links Lady Bay Golf Course. A 30 minute drive will take you to the Sealink Ferry Terminal at Cape Jervis for a hop across to Kangaroo Island.

BED CONFIGURATION: Sleeps 12. 1 king, 2 queens, 1 double, 2 x single bunks (top bunks suitable for children only).
LINEN: Linen & towels are NOT provided. Quilts, quilt cover and pillows are provided.

Brilliant holiday rental for a big family.

Perfect family beach holiday getaway. House is spacious, airy, great views overlooking the gulf and superbly equipped. Two big living areas, one up and one down allow adults to enjoy some peace from the youngsters downstairs.

Spacious modern house in lovely quiet location and close to beach, golf course. House was very clean with well equipped kitchen with everything we needed and more. Great Family holiday house

Lovely clean spacious home. Plenty of room for all the extended family. Great fenced back yard with cubby and play equipment. Easy check in . Not close to beach but enjoyed the 1k walk down to it. Will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Holiday House

This house was amazing ..... large, well equipped, modern, comfortable and to top it all off has great views from a big deck. Couldn't have enjoyed the stay more nor asked for anything more. Beds were comfy, house wasclean and has a brilliant back yard for the kids to play. We will definitely coming here again in the future.

Great family house

As we have small children in our extended family it was great to be able to have a big enclosed yard and also the reserve just out the front. Views from the balcony were great and we enjoyed the wood fire in the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. This house suited our family perfectly and we hope to be back!
