Relax and enjoy serene water views from this spacious ground floor (1500+ sq. ft.), zero entry, corner unit. Walk in to see beautiful natural light drawing your eyes to the Florida Room and beyond. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a split bedroom, open floor plan. The master suite features water views, a walk in closet and double vanities. The kitchen is opened to the dining room and has a cozy breakfast nook. Two roomy guest bedrooms are situated privately. The Florida Room offers extra space where you can read, play games and appreciate unobstructed water views. There is a walk out to a patio so you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and spectacular sunsets. Two double sliding glass doors are on both sides of the Florida room so you can open the doors and let the refreshing breeze fill the room. Bonus feature is a detached 1 car garage with enough space in front for two vehicles.

You have the use of three community pools and the clubhouse where various activities occur throughout the week. There are many golf courses as well as spring training baseball games all within a short drive. West Lake Gardens of St. Andrews Park is a small gated community close to beautiful beaches and historic Venice.

Home Away From Home

Great location, great pond view, comfy bed, sofas and chairs. Tastefully furnished and decorated. The host was very welcoming and stayed in touch to ensure we were comfortable. Hope to stay here again next year!

This condo is excellent....exactly as pictured and has everything you need. Condo is well cared for and maintained. The owner of this unit is very responsive in answering questions and very accommodative. The neighbors were most welcoming. I had a fantastic vacation.

Nature at its best

Great relaxing stay . Photos accurate. Starter basic supplies in kitchen and baths and very clean. Pond in back outside sunroom sliders attracted numerous bird species and had jumping fish and alligators. Bring your binoculars! Watched Sandhill cranes build nest over days, then in March watched a couple with their two hatchlings. Wonderful experience. Enjoyed our stay and owners are lovely.

We have rented a number of vacation rentals in out 30 plus years of travel and La Dolce Vita is by far one of the best we have stayed in. The area was beautiful and getting to downtown Venice is minutes away. The neighbors were very helpful and welcoming. Three pools within our walking distance which we used often. A very well-stocked kitchen and linen closet, a beautiful view from the Florida Room and patio, a full size washer and dryer, a garage which included a grill, beach chairs and umbrellas that came in very handy and an uncluttered condo. The rental process from beginning to end was flawless. Claire is very responsive to any issue and a pleasure to work with. You won’t be disappointed in La Dolce Vita. We’ll be back again!

We are avid cyclists, baseball fans and musicians (flute and bassoon). We also love to travel and explore new areas. We are still working so are not able to enjoy the winters in Florida yet. Our place is so beautiful that we want to share it with others until we are able to retire.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to this area of Florida for the past five years to attend spring training games. We decided to purchase a second home in Venice because we really like the community feel of the town. It is quieter than Sarasota and less crowded, but it is close enough to enjoy all it has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This property was love at first sight. Immediately upon entering the front door, my eyes are drawn to the two sliding glass walls in the Florida room and the beautiful water views. Being on the ground floor, having three bedrooms and a garage pretty much sealed the deal.
