Open plan clean & bright living with new fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, microwave & coffee pod machine opening to large deck & BBQ. Fully fenced spacious lawns and trees to relax in. Ample off street parking. Only 15 minute walkway stroll to trendy Blairgowrie cafes & shops. Short drive to surf beaches, rock pools and the many attractions Sorrento, Portsea and the Mornington Peninsula offer including golf courses, wineries & hot Springs .

    Enjoyable and comfortable

    The house was very clean, spacious, bright, airy and had everything for our convenience. The owner Glenice is understanding and helpful and the best is the early check-in. We were 6 adults and really enjoyed our stay.

    Lovely stay in Rye

    My partner, daughter and I had a lovely stay at Glenice’s place in Rye. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The yard was big and spacious for our daughter to play and has a great deck for meals in the sunshine. Our daughter enjoyed the kids toys! It was an easy walk to the front beach.

    Scratching noises in walls and ceiling at night.

    Unfortunately we unable to sleep in this property due to the nocturnal rodent noises in the ceilings. There were plug in rodent deterrents all throughout the property, however these offered no solution to the scratching and digging noises that disturbed our sleep. I would not recommend this property.

    Clean, great location house

    my friends and I had a lovely week long stay at Glenice’s house. She was very accommodating and had great communication. Such great location and house was clean and homely. Would recommend any of my friends to stay at this house.

    Nice and clean - we liked staying here. Walking distance from the beach - good layout - lots of toys and space for our 4 year old. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

    Perfect stay.

    We had a great stay at Glenice's property. The House was as described online and was very clean and tidy with all provided for us including toys for our little son. The backyard and decked area was nice to enjoy and the location was perfect for us. Nice and close to the beach and main town/shops/restaurants. Looking forward to returning soon.

    Nightmare

    The owner is lovely and very organised, however the beds were the worst beds we have ever slept on. My husband and I had to sleep in seperate beds because we couldn't fit in the double beds. Even my 10 year old daughter complained of a sore back due to the terrible beds. There was no wifi, we had no gas in the BBQ, the neighbours behind were so loud and horrific. The swearing, loud music and their non stop barking dog actually made us cut our stay short because we couldn't take it any longer. Great location though. Just no way near value for money considering what we paid for our stay. We were so disappointed.,....

    Great young family stay in Rye

    Excellent house, excellent location. Close to bay beach, quiet neighborhood, very well presented, well equipt and clean house. Glenice (Property Manager) was very easy and very pleasant to deal with. Would stay there again.

    Great house for a family holiday

    Fantastic holiday house for families. It is very well equipped with everything young families might need. The house is on level ground which is a big bonus when holidaying with young children. It is an easy walk to the bay beach and not far to drive to the shops. Thank you to the owners for the great instructions and tips. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back one day.

    Terrific beach house in perfect location!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, the location is excellent, a very short walk to the front beach and a good walk (or short bike ride) to the Blairgowrie shops. The house was very well suited to our family with toys to entertain our young son and a fantastic table tennis table and space for cricket / soccer for the older one. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the shower is also great. The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend staying here!
