The December Holidays are split into two 6 night minimums. Christmas week and New Years week. Guests booking Christmas week (prior to Dec 26th) MUST be checked out by December 28th. FULLY STOCKED HOME INCLUDES
Linens, plenty of towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish washer liquid, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, iron and board, coffee make, toaster, microwave, plenty of eating utensils and more.

Baby/kid gear includes:
Pack and Play w/ crib mattress and sheets, high chair, exersaucer (main house only), toys, board games, game consoles (Wii and Xbox).

TV’s
Main house- Three 50” flat screen TV’s with Roku and Sling TV.
Apartment- Two 50” flat screen TV’s with Roku and Sling TV.

Year round views, outdoor sitting area, 2 fireplaces, internet, Roku w/ Sling TV, Wi fi, air hockey, pool table, foos-ball, board games and entertainment.

Central A/C. Washer and dryer in both the main house. BBQ grill. Hair dryer. First aid kit, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide alarms. Uber, Lyft and taxi’s available from this location.

HANDICAP ACCESS
There are 2 small steps up to the front door into the main house, so some assistance will be needed. Once through that door, you are on the main floor where there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, a full bath and a half bath. No stairs are necessary to climb. The bathroom in the main house has a huge shower with a handicap rail. The rest of the bathrooms have no rails.

There are no stairs to enter the apartment. There is a separate outdoor entrance.

Guest will be given the code to obtain access. You must sign and return pre-arrival paperwork, including a rental agreement, to obtain all checkin papers.

Great Group Stay
Group of 16 stayed at the property for 3 nights. It was plenty of space and comfortable. There was enough stuff in the kitchen for us to make our breakfasts to eat together and make snacks. The back patio is really nice to hang out and watch the sunset. We were also lucky enough to see a black bear scratching his back on the tree out back 2 of the mornings. Cam was very helpful and communicative through the process ahead of our stay and was able to accommodate check in and check out around our flight times. With the number of us, we ended up with some cold showers, so just be sure to spread out shower times if you have a lot of people. Also, be aware that 3 of the beds upstairs are in an open area on the landing at the stop of the stairs, so I recommend bringing a noise machine or ear plugs if you’ll have people sleeping there while people are active in the kitchen/living room below. If you don’t have a rental car - We were able to schedule Ubers/Lyfts to go to and from downtown within a reasonable wait, but I definitely recommend scheduling them instead of waiting until you’re ready to leave to get one if you have a set time you need to be somewhere. Overall, the place was a great spot and exactly what we were looking for. Would def stay again if going back to Asheville with a large group.

Amazing Views and Spacious House!
We had a big group of 14 of us and really enjoyed our stay! The house was plenty big for us and the views were amazing. Camille was a fantastic host and very responsive and accommodating for our needs. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Property
We had an amazing weekend here, the house was very spacious and slept our large group comfortably. The view from the back deck was incredible, can’t beat the sunsets there. Would definitely stay again.
