If you want a high end condo directly on one of the world's most beautiful beaches, then look no further. This unit has everything you can possibly imagine to have a great vacation. The living room boasts updated leather furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa, a recliner with twin pull out, 2 flat panel LCD TVs and oceanfront balcony. The large balcony is perfect for enjoying ocean breezes and watching the gorgeous sunsets.
The 5th floor makes it all even that much better!
The updated kitchen features newer appliances and granite counters and is well-equipped and fully stocked with everything needed to prepare daily meals. The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and offers seating for 6. The bar-height breakfast bar offers bar stool seating for additional seating for two.
This unique floor plan allows the bedroom to be located off the main hall and away from the living area, for additional privacy. The bedroom features a queen bed, wall-mounted flat panel LCD TV and en suite bathroom featuring tub/shower combo. A set of twin bunk beds can be found in the hall between the master bedroom and the second bathroom which also features a tub/shower combo.
Emerald Beach Resort offers many in-building amenities, such as covered garage parking, main lobby with printer access, guest access to in-building fitness facility. The entire resort is incredibly family-friendly. Walk downstairs to enjoy your morning coffee at Starbucks right in the same building. Pier Park shopping and movie theater are close by or head down to the Pier for an afternoon of fishing.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great view and location. Loved having a contactless check-in/out. Enjoyed all the amenities this resort had to offer. Parking garage across the street was easy to get in and out of. The air-conditioned sky bridge is definitely a plus to be able to safely “cross” the street and get to Starbucks Didn’t try the bar located in the sky bridge, but the pool side bar had great drinks and great customer service. Would stay again. Owners are very friendly.

The condo was great, but what really stood out was how amazing the property owners were—so responsive, kind, and patient with all my questions. You could tell they really cared about making the stay easy and enjoyable.The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-organized—perfect to come back to, even though we were out and about most of the time. The resort had everything we needed: easy beach access, super clean pools with frozen cocktails that hit the spot, and a fun game area that kept the teens busy and happy.Also loved that we could walk to grab food or quick essentials—huge plus.If we come back to PCB, this one’s a no-brainer. Definitely staying on our go-to list!

The condo is well taken care of-very clean and comfortable. It is a nice size for a family vacation. Spacious for relaxing, cooking and eating. Do bring items you wouldn't normally think to pack- your own shampoo, soap, toliet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, etc. The only negative per-say is that we couldn't use the upper bunk-bed as it was damaged before our arrival. We had picked this unit/resort because of the bunks so this was disappointing. It was communicated that it was going to be fixed during our stay, though unfortunately it wasn't and this wasn't communicated. The "chair" pull out bed is very uncomfortable as well.

Thank you for staying in our home away from home. We do try to supply enough toiletries, trash bags and paper supplies to get everyone started. We always try let our guest know that you may need additional supplies for longer stays and larger families as their is no daily maid service. The upper bracket that broke on the safety rail was replace but unfortunately had to be special ordered and was replaced. Many beds don't even have this safety feature on them and are still be slept in. I did want to point it out to you before check in so you were aware. The pullout chair is a 7th sleeping spot and is equivalent to a roll-away sleeping cot. I am glad you enjoyed your stay overall and hope you will stay again soon.

Wonderful property

My husband and I stayed at this property for two weeks. Everything was accurate as described. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. We ate in most days and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was seamless. We used the washer and dryer a few times which was a real bonus. The bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable! If I could give this property more than 5 stars, I would.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the emerald. We liked that there were so many amenities at the resort, especially the Starbucks and sky bar. We also loved that there were great restaurants at walking distance. Our only comment is that the shower-heads were not as clean as we hoped and the TVs were a bit dated. However the host and Sherri were awesome! They were so helpful and answered us quickly.

Great condo

The location was great. We came over the 4th of July and the resort is located between the two piers were the fireworks were shot. It was a great spot for viewing. The condo was clean and has everything you need. Our boys didn’t really spend much time in the pools but they never seemed overly crowded. The SkyBridge Bar and little ice cream/snack stand was a hit for us. There’s also mini golf and go karts within a short walking distance. Barry was great to work with and prompt with responses. The only thing I recommend and this is beyond the owner’s control….do not try checking in right at 4:00 on a holiday weekend. The elevator lines were out the door and probably a 30-45 min wait. Thankfully the condo is located on the 5th floor so we were able to take the stairs. We look forward to coming back
