What a disappointment!

This is NOT the place to stay if you are traveling with small children or elderly family members. The complex was filled with young and not so young revelers who despite the fact that we called security on them, still kept us up all night for two consecutive days (Thursday & Friday). The second night they partied until 7:30 am making out of this a very bad experience. This affected our entire trip since we were too tired to enjoy the visits to the park attractions. My elderly parents ended up not join us at Magic Kingdom because they needed to sleep. Their tickets went to waste. To add to this, the kids have to be kept out of the pool because of the weed smell coming from next door. The place itself would have been worth the moneys paid if it wasn't because of this. What a disappointment.

It was dirty owner sent someone out to clean and it still looked the same no one contacted me back!! We had to Go buy our own sheets and blankets at 11 at night!

I loved that they paid attention to every detail in the house. They had pool/beach towels which is huge when your on vacatiion! It was nice to be able to use the dishwasher and do laundry. They had individual packets of detergent on hand. The house was very clean. It was close to Disney and only about 25 minutes to the closet beach. My only suggestion would be the lack of contact phone number in the event of an emergency that would of been helpful! But over all we loved it.
