Guests staying at this top-floor Hot Springs vacation rental can look forward to starting each day with gorgeous waterfront views inside a comfortable and carefully designed home. Boasting 1560 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (and an oversized 240 square foot private balcony) you and your travel companions will find plenty of space to spread out and relax throughout your stay. You'll have one assigned parking spot near the elevator, and we have keyless entry, so no fumbling with keys! Extra parking spots are just steps away, too.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, both with new ultra plush mattresses. We can officially sleep 4 adults. Both bathrooms feature their own separate showers, with a wonderful Luxe steam room and shower with dual rain heads in the master bath! There are 4 full sets of towels in each bathroom, as well as blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

There are flat screen 4K televisions in the living room (50"), master bedroom (50"), and 2nd bedroom (42"). All televisions offer complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Roku channels to keep you thoroughly relaxed and entertained each day. You'll also have access to private hi-speed WiFi throughout the property.

Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen featuring all the utensils and cookware you would need to channel your inner chef during your stay. The kitchen contains both a traditional coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker. The wine bar features a wine refridgerator and a crushed ice machine, as well as wine glasses and wine opener. The dining room table will comfortably seat 4 people, along with additional seating at the kitchen island area. Take care of all your laundry with our washer/dryer, along with detergent, dryer sheets, etc. There is also an iron, ironing board, and luggage racks in the walk-in master closet for your convenience.

We try to think of everything you may need in advance!
