The villa interior has recently been updated and is refreshingly restyled. This two storey house has 3 bedrooms. The Upstairs Master Bedroom has a glorious king-size bed and lavishly appointed ensuite with a deep, BIG bath.
The second master bedroom downstairs has direct access to the downstairs deck and features a queen size bed. The third downstairs bedroom sleeps 4 people with two single bunkbeds (*Bed Linen, not supplied).
The rumpus room features a 50 inch TV with DVD player. It also has a Foosball Table and Table Tennis .
The rumpus room opens up onto the common grassed area. Relax, watch the kids play on the grass and swings and play some pool!
The upstairs living area features a gloriously appointed kitchen with modern European Appliances including a dishwasher. The laundry has washing and drying facilities.
The dining area has seating for 10. A magnificent 55" LCD HDTV with DVD/Blu-ray player will let you relax at night with a good movie or enjoy FOXTEL WITH ALL CHANNEL CONNECTIONS.
The Beach House is child-friendly, with a high chair and portacot provided, as well as toys and books. There is a child gate at the top of the stairs for your peace of mind.
The house has two decks. The upstairs deck overlooks the lagoon and the swimming pool and features a large jarrah table setting with seating for Gas BBQ. Lounges on the balcony for you to relax and have a glass of wine.

The South Shores Resort has two glorious swimming pools. The large adult pool is solar heated and has a wonderful deck surrounding it for sunbathing or for the kids to play on.
For the littler kids who might want a quieter swim there's a second "little kids pool" that they can enjoy – also solar heated.
The estate is built directly behind the dunes at Normanville and direct beach access is available from the estate via a Boardwalk. Normanville Beach Café is an easy stroll up the beach and the Links Lady Bay Golf Course is right over the road.
The resort is gated and secure, you'll feel comfortable letting your kids roam between the house, the pool and the beach.
Huge grassed areas provide a rich environment for the kids to play in. There's plenty of shade provided by wonderful old gum trees. Enjoy a picnic!
