Property was nice and clean. Property owner met us on arrival and was very kind and welcoming. Place was close enough to everything we wanted to do. Had a great weekend and would book again.
This is one of the few listings in the area listed as pet-friendly that actually allows cats and is not restricted to dogs only. The host is also incredibly kind and accommodating and such a sweet person! Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area!
Our family came into town for a game at Razorback Stadium. This house was a great location for our stay! Around a 10 minute drive to campus, no traffic on game day. The house was clean and as advertised. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!
A perfect home for visiting family nearby! We were very comfortable in this wonderful home that served as our home base for our family Christmas fun. Janet was a perfect host and made sure our needs were met. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Very nice affordable home with everything we needed, and the homeowner was so sweet and attentive. Great home for pet owners, plenty of space out front and back. Comfortable, neatly decorated and location was great quiet neighborhood. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely stay again when we return to visit our family in the future!

Rented this home for the Arkansas/Auburn game. Location was perfect for our needs. The house was extremely clean and loved the big yard. Janet was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property!
Janet’s home is comfortable with many amenities( fully stocked cabinets. Live plants, etc not found in other homes. And as a host, Janet makes you feel welcome, provides suggestions on local activities and is eager to help with anything to make your stay less hectic and more enjoyable.

Spacious, well-appointed house.. Too much for one person. Next time I’ll bring more! Good communication and instructions. Thanks again!
We sold our house in Texas and moved to this area. We had 2 days of homelessness before we could move into our new place. 4 adults, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 leopard geckos and a bearded dragon. Janet graciously opened her house to us and even offered to extend the stay if we needed. It is a cute little bungalow with a huge fenced in back yard that the dogs absolutely loved! We had a great stay and would recommend any of our friends and family to stay there when they visit us. We also had accidentally left a single earbud in one of the bedrooms, Janet went on a scavenger hunt to find the ear bud and put it in a secure location for us to pick it up. Thanks again for a great stay Janet!!!
My husband and I visited our daughter at the University of Arkansas for the weekend and this was the perfect place for us. Very comfortable, clean, close to everything and has a fenced in yard for our pups. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.
Good experience, two bedrooms are nice, the fold-out couch was hard to sleep on.

I’m sorry the fold out was not comfortable. In all honesty they never are. I always just pull the cushions and make a pallet. It’s more comfortable to me.
Great, quiet location, large yard and lovely home. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Enough room for all five of us and our fur babies. And close to Fayetteville and Elkins for shopping and dining.
