Perfect for our stay
The description of the property seemed perfect for three older guys who wanted to spend some time in Rocky Mountain National Park and in Estes Park. It was. We made extensive use of the well-furnished kitchen, especially for breakfast. I highly recommend this property.
This is our favorite VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. There was pride of ownership in everything. Real furniture, real dishes, little touches to make it feel like home. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful Home Close to Downtown and RMNP!
Great property very close to the heart of downtown Estes Park! Had all the essentials we needed to cook meals at the house at night when we didn’t feel like going into town. We went to RMNP each day we were there and it was very convenient as we were around 10 minutes from the entrance. I would highly recommend this property to others.
Very nice home. Sectional in the main room is no longer there and has been replaced with a couch and two chairs. Loved the outdoor space, but wish we had been able to remove chair pads to take inside to dry (they were zip tied to furniture) so we were unable to sit outside on the chairs. Bedrooms and kitchen spaces beautiful.
This property was perfect for our family of 4 plus two more adults. The community was very quiet and easy to get to. The house was spacious and provided all the amenities we needed. It was cold while we were there so the fireplace was a bonus to have! We traveled with two children and they had enough room to play and they slept well in the twin beds. Check in was a breeze and we have no complaints about our stay! Would highly recommend this property for your next family stay!
Right from the start, everything was so seamless. Our check-in was really easy and from the beginning, we had all the comforts of home. The first morning we woke up to a yard full of mule deer and sweet birds. There’s a notebook full of information and everything is so close and convenient. We had reservations for RMNP for a few days and also visited Lake Brainard one day for an incredible hike (and 2 bull moose). We also enjoyed the farmers market on Thursday. We just loved our time at this home. Thanks for letting us stay here.
My husband and 2 young boys had a great experience. The house was clean and all the rooms were very comfortable. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the outdoor seating area
It was comfortable but a little smaller than I expected from the pictures. It was a great place for four adults. Very nice decor and comfortable sectional in the den. Great TV.
Overall, this house was a delight to stay in. The location was wonderful - away from the downtown traffic, but close enough to Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood was also very quiet and had lots of wildlife to enjoy - during our stay we saw deer and elk up close many times. The house itself was very clean and had lots of space for our family - big kitchen and living room/dining room, two bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. We have a walking infant and were happy they had a baby gate for us to put at the top of the stairs for safety. The only suggestions I would offer are to add curtains/blinds on the living room and kitchen windows and add locks to the bedroom doors as an option for privacy. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again someday!
Beautiful property located in a safe, walkable location to downtown Estes.
Very clean, updated VRBO. Check in was easy. We didn't need to interact with the owner as everything was perfect.
Also as a bonus - the Elk came and visited us every morning for a little stroll.
Wonderful home on quiet lot with gorgeous patio and within close proximity to downtown. Layout was great with ample space and beds were also incredibly comfortable. Only negative is we had very little supplies - little to no toilet paper when we got there and actually ran out. We had to ration the paper towels and the grill was flat out of gas we couldn’t even use it. If these things can be fixed, and the floors cleaned a bit better, it would be five stars.
We had a nice stay in Estes Park and were visited by a herd of Elk with 8 babies a couple of times. The home is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. We needed a couple kitchen tools; cheese grater, vegetable peeler. The outdoor space is nicely done and a cool place to see the Elk at a safe distance. We used the large gas grill which worked well. There are two areas to park which we didn't;t figure out right away. At the back driveway, there are fewer steps to get into the house. Good experience overall. Don't forget to book your timed entry into the National Park in the summer!
