The location of Silver Bear 18 can not be beat! You can walk directly to

Canyon Lodge and the gondola that goes to The Village! Relax after a long day

on the mountain in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy unit. Cook meals with

friends and family in the large kitchen that features vintage appliances. The

living room offers a flat screen smart TV and a sectional sofa. PLEASE NOTE:

this living room does not have an operating fireplace. The master bedroom has

a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The Silver

Bear common area has an recreation room to enjoy with a lounge with a Foosball

table, fireplace and reading area, as well as showers. There is a year round

sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in

Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit. Enjoy a heated underground parking

garage for 1 car (garage clearance is 7' 2") with interior hallways and

accessible elevator access to your unit on the 2nd floor. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

Pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit is pet friendly and can

accommodate 1 pet. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking

is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for

alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. (Property

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

second pet is approved, there is an additional pet fee charge of $20 per pet

Nice place, needs Wifi.

Overall a great place. I just wish they had Wifi. The cell reception was bad, so connection to the world was a bit tough. Other than that, comfortable and cozy.

Nice and Clean Condominium

The place is just like the photos. It's only one Blue line stop to the Canyon Lodge. Walkable distance to the lodge (a bit of up/down hill path).There a couple things can be improved in this unit such as providing WIFI internet to guests and enhance the ignitor of the gas fireplace (it's difficult to start the fireplace).I recommend to stay in this unit.

Great Location

Great location, walk to the slopes. Unfortunately fireplace didn't work and no response after trying to contact management group to fix. Also not sure why no internet, there is a wireless network for the condo, someone just not willing to share the logon info.

Silver Bear 18

The place looked like the pictures, but there was black ash everywhere. The people who stayed in the condo before us did not open the fireplace vent, and there is black on the ceiling in the living room, dining and entryway. The inside of the front door was completely covered and very dirty. Contacted Red Awning and Property Management with no resolution. It impacted our family vacation. Property Management said it needed to be painted. Yes, It needs to be painted, but it needs to be clean!! Property Management pointed the finger at Red Awning, and Red Awaning said it was up to Property Management to correct it. Very disappointed.
