Spacious, top-end furniture & kitchen fixtures, appliances, and bath features. Super convenient to downtown and all it has to offer. Secure, quiet, fully tech-friendly.Kitchy decorations all interesting and unique, fully equipped kitchen and welcome packs for kitchen & bath. Below-grade garage parking with elevator access a plus.
We wanted a place that was easy walking distance to restaurants & some sights. This condo was perfect!! Beautiful, clean, and great location!! Would definitely stay there again!
We stayed here for spring break with our two young boys, 4 and 7. The condo is so nice and has a lot of fragile and unique art but they did great with it. The location is phenomenal with so many great places within walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. The living room was great for a movie night after a long day of exploring. Would highly recommend!
Property was perfect for a link up with our adult sons for a 4 day weekend together. Safe, centrally located in the heart of downtown. Quite. Perfectly furnished for our time together. Very responsive property manager (email responses every time with in 5 minutes).
Pretty nice place to stay. However, was annoyed that we could hear upstairs (301) walking /running around. Didn’t expect this from such a high priced rental.
Exellent Location but sparcely equipped. For example...
Not many kitchen towels for washing/drying dishes etc...
Minimal serving plates.
Not many bathroom towels
Pillows in second bedroom could be upgraded.
Parking was Excellent!
That being said, we would love to stay again in the future!
A lot of codes to get in and out but it makes you feel very safe. Loved having a designated parking space as parking is a premium in Asheville. The space would work better for a small vehicle but parking crooked worked good to fit and not block others. The condo had everything you needed for a stay and was very clean and comfortable. Additional half bath in hallway was a great touch! TVs in each room was a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again. Owners very nice and prompt in their replies to questions. Lots of options for eating and having fun within walking distance. Piano bar right across the street was a lot of fun. Wine tasting bar around the corner with fabulous artwork for viewing and sipping. 5+ stars!
Only negative was people above us who walked so hard it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling at all hours of the day and night but that has nothing to do with this awesome place because I am sure ever renter "above" would be different. May help to have a "rug runner" down the hall to help with muffling sounds!
On the whole this property was great and had everything we needed. Location was really convenient for Downtown Asheville but the view from the apartment’s only windows was onto an ugly back alley and parking lot. Although the building was old, the apartments had clearly been rebuilt recently (we were there in 2023) so the fixtures and fittings were new and modern but there was no soundproofing between apartments. We could hear every word our neighbors were saying! The only other criticism we can make is about the accuracy of the website’s photos. One picture shows the laundry with a window to the front of the building. This was from a different apartment. There were also two pictures of the furnished lobby / common area. Not a part of this specific apartment but gave the impression that the space was larger than it was. Probably more careless than intentionally deceptive but hope the info helps future visitors.
So location is excellent! But the view from the apartment isn’t great - well we knew that going in but it’s worth to mention again. It looks into any alley parking lot.
Property itself: Clean apartment, spacious, well kept (almost appeared like a newly remodeled apartment in a historic building-fantastic). One parking spot - again excellent. Lobby area from the street also very nicely maintained. Appears very upscale.
Close to all downtown restaurants and bars/breweries.
Will definitely stay again!
Our stay was great! The location was great, walking to everything. This wonderfully artful space was so inviting I will always stay here when returning to Asheville. Another great feature is the garage parking and elevator to your floor. Felt very safe.
Great apartment, Great Location, Indoor Parking Garage!
Stayed in Asheville with my two college-aged sons for a week to see the area and do some hiking in Smokey Mountains. This apartment was great! It was large, clean, loft-like with very tall ceilings, and the whole building looked to be newly renovated. It has a small private parking garage underneath it that you access via an alleyway which made coming and going very easy. The washer/dryer came in very handy, as did the kitchen. The only thing I didn't like about the apartment was that the only windows are in the living room/kitchen area; there are no windows in the bedrooms. The location was great; in the town center, but one block off a main street, so it was quiet.
This property was absolutely beautiful. Located very convenient to many restaurants and breweries. The property was very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Big bonus was secure, safe parking on premises.
