Beautifull 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modular home completely furnished including a washer & dryer. The home has screened in lanai with tinted windows for enjoying the beautiful weather. Lanai was built after pictures were taken. It is located in a 50+community with heated pool, hot tub, fitness center & 2 fishing lakes.
Largo is located between St. Petersburg & Clearwater, Fl. Close to many beaches but only 5 miles from Indian Rocks Beach.

Meet up with old friends

Our stay was wonderful, we were close to everything, beaches, restaurants, parks, botanical gardens. Our home away from home had everything we needed, and MS Jenny ( the owner) was only a phone call away if we had questions. We only hope the next time we are able to get together ( in a couple of years) her home will be available. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay

The manor is lovely, updated, and a treat to stay in. It's convenient to the Pinellas Trail; I rented a bike from D&S Bike Shop (hidden in shopping center) next to the Trail for our stay. I rode to Walsingham Park, the Heritage Village, and nearby communities. We drove down to War Memorial Park for a sunset: it's conveniently located for almost everything!

The stay was fantastic! Two fishing ponds in the neighborhood. The owners were always available if there was any issues. The communication was great. Close to several beaches. And lots to do there. I would highly recommend!!!!

Lovely home for our stay in Florida

This property in a pleasant 55+ community was perfect for our needs. Close to shopping, beach, parks. Easy walking access to grocery, restaurants. We lacked nothing for our stay in this lovely, immaculate, well-appointed home. All necessary amenities were generously there for our use. Owner was easily accessible and most gracious with our requests. Glad we found this gem.

April 13, 2017 For those 55 yrs. and older this is a wonderful rental. Located in beautiful private park that is clean and friendly. This rental had the comforts of home and a bonus feature with the use of a washer and dryer. The screened lanai was perfect for those warm evenings with no worries of mosquitoes. Clean and tastefully decorated you cant beat this rental for price and comfort. The owners Jenny and Roger were easy to contact and pleasant to speak with. Can't wait to return for another stay!
