S’more Lake Time is a one-of-a-kind waterfront gem and is all about the view of Lake Anna. Every room has a stunning view of the water or the magical court yard and Japanese garden. Located on 2 acres at the lower end of the lake, with 200 feet of waterfront in a no-wake zone cove. Adults and kids alike can float and play with no worries of boat traffic. This home has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a bonus room with bunks. No lack of family space here. Two family rooms, dining room, eat in kitchen, breezeway with table, seating area, foosball, bonus room with additional seating and TV. Large deck and screened porch have seating, dining and gas grill for those diners overlooking the water and enjoying the awesome sunsets. Waterfront has a gazebo for outdoor meals in the shade, and plenty of tie up space for your water toys. New beach and fire pit for those S’mores after a long day on the water. Home has cable internet and TV, and ample parking for your family and friends . Home No Events Allowed

Wonderful Lake Get-away

This property was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities we needed for a Lake getaway. There was ample room for the multiple friends and family we attended with along with everything we needed for a stress free stay. There are many lake toys provided including paddle boards, kayaks, etc. All that can be easily launched off the amazing dock the property has. We were able to dock two boats in the provided space with one of them having a functioning boat lift. Nights were capped off by good comradery around the fire pit along with a nice smores making package that was left for us at the property as a welcoming gift. Neighbors were wonderful and didn't mind a little music and good vibes while we enjoyed ourselves. Would 100% recommend and stay again!!

Great Get Away

We had an awesome stay at the house and enjoyed all the water activities. Would very much come back to the house and enjoy some more time at the lake. Great Stay.

Thanksgiving family reunion

We gathered at Lake Anna, since it was halfway between our 5 groups of family. The layout was perfect for our 8 teens/young adults having their own living/sleeping area on one wing of the house, and parents in the other wing. Three gathering areas allowed us to also spend time together watching soccer & football. It was a very homey situation.

Fun lake vacation!

We really enjoyed our time at the house. Great lake front property with nice back yard, great fire pit, and fun dock for fishing, swimming, kayaking etc. Short swim or kayak to the "beach" area out in lake which was fun. Very cool house - lots of room for families with kids. Bunk bed set up was great for kids. We really enjoyed ourselves.
