If was a wonderful spacious home there were only 2 items that might want to be addressed1. The kitchen faucet will continue to drip if it is not in an EXACT position this might be a problem for the owners water consumption if not noticed by guest when they leave.2. The couch needs to be vacuumed under the cushions it looks as thought there is a years worth of food crumbs.

Great House!

We enjoyed this house. Great location. The community pool and hottub were great, as was the private hottub. The place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked for the cooking we did and it was spacious.

Sleeps 8 but only 6 dinner plates. No serving bowls (ie. for pasta oor veggies). Several electrical outlets do not work. Only 2 dish towels which is an issue when there is no dish drying rack. Coffee maker broken but new one delivered the night before we left (notified mgmt company the first morning there). Bedrooms could use hooks for towels. Due to hot tub more towels are needed. Not enough washclothes for 8 people.

Perfect for skiing!

The house was in a perfect location for skiing. Great having bedrooms on both levels. Appreciated the amenities for little kids (dishes, high chair, pack-n-play). Hot tub was a bonus! Only issues were: 1) lower level was very cold and space heaters were needed to heat the lower bedrooms, and 2) the gas fireplace did not work. Would stay again!

Nice, clean house with lots of room spread out and great views. A few quirks here and there. If you're sleeping downstairs, you WILL hear every footstep upstairs. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you could need for cooking and dishes/cups/silverware for serving, including kids plates, bowls, cups and silverware.

Trout Creek House Rental

Spacious house with nice layout for two family groupings; upstairs and lower level. It is situated on a private road with little traffic. The house could use some refreshing, inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, if desired. Over all, it was a pleasant stay.

Family ski vacation

This property suited our needs perfectly! It was well equipped with all that we needed. Exactly as described. Our only complaint would be the check out at 10:00 am. We managed it, but was a stretch with the littles we had with us. Understand that this is necessary if cleaning to be done for same day turnaround.

Perfect Stay for Families!

We had two families staying at the house and the layout was perfect. The bottom level fit the larger family great and they had their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and the beds were so comfortable! The location was fantastic, close to all the activities and the association amenities were wonderful- hiking trails, pools, tennis, basketball, soccer, pickleball and all will equipment you can check out. Great experience and loved everything about the area!

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay in Harbor Springs. This home was immaculate and had everything we needed. Property manager answered questions promptly. There were a couple of small things broken (one set of blinds and a screen) that were there before we arrived and the manager was aware and thanked us for pointing them out. Nothing major and did not impact our stay in any way. The pools and hot tub were wonderful and the view from the deck was peaceful and perfect. We enjoyed this stay in the summer but I could see how wonderful it would be in the winter if you are a skier. Great experience over all!

Wonderful Home Away from Home

We rented this idyllic place for seven days. It was exactly as it was represented on VRBO. The furnishings were quite lovely. Much thought was given as to how furnish the home. There really was not one thing missing. Cleanliness was pivotal. I would recommend this home to one and all. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

New Year ski trip

The place was clean and spacious, we had a little issue with the garage door that we had to open it or close it walking through the front door since we didn't had the code to open it, in the lower rooms (2) only one space heater was available, but in general we had a great time and we would rent it back again, great location near nubs nobs and Boyne highlands

Great property-Needs a little TLC

This was a beautiful property that is well deocrated, stocked and laid out beautifully. It does need some exterior work and the inside needs some work since the house has been well used. Nothing big but maybe some carpet cleaning and grill maintenance :)
