Quirky and Unique in Every Way.
Quaint, and quintessentially Southern Fleurieu, with many historical features. Built in the 1940’s this unique beach house has so much character, perfect for a couples retreat or family holiday. Only a few minutes’ walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in South Australia and popular cafes.

In the main house you will find 2 bedrooms, a newly designed kitchen with air conditioning plus a TV/sitting room to sit and relax with a good book or complimentary glass of port. There is also a bathroom, laundry, separate toilet and enclosed side veranda with second toilet.
The air-conditioned studio has a further 2 double bedrooms and charming open and airy lounge area with large screen TV, piano and a multitude of games and puzzles to entertain. It also features a pine table seating ten for family or friends to gather.
The rustic covered outdoor area has a corner bench seat plus outdoor table and chairs for entertaining. Fresh herbs and fruit trees can be found throughout the garden.

Location Just off Jetty Road, a short walk from the township of Normanville.
Bed configuration: 4 bedrooms to sleep 8 guests.

Bathroom: 1 Bathroom (Shower and vanity) 2 separate toilets (one located in enclosed side verandah)
Facilities: Neat & tidy, proximity to town center and beach, Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine, BBQ, electric cooker dishwasher, Undercover outdoor area
Features/Entertainment: Big flat screen TV, Board games, books and puzzles, DVD player, Netflix
Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioner to kitchen, plus oil bar heater in the sitting room. Reverse cycle air conditioner to studio.
Pets: Pets Negotiable (a $200 pet bond will be added if approved)
Fenced: Fully Enclosed Yard
Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf and the cost is included in your rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)

A step back in time with artistic flair

What a wonderful, interesting place to stay! So many clever artistic ideas. It homely and old fashioned yet with the important modern conveniences. There were features that reminded me of my grandparents houses (born 1915's) and shacks I stayed in as a child.
