Jane the host was very responsive to any and all questions. She set up a water taxi coming into Venice and back to the train station which made it so easy!!!The apartment is beautiful and has great air conditioning….lots of space for all six of us..We took a boat to Murano and Burano with Michael which was fabulous!! Have this set up! Totally worth it!! Apartment location is very nice… quiet area but minutes from all the sights!!! All in all we give it a 10!!

My main concern for my trip was to have air-conditioning that was effective and to not be kept up all night by loud people out on the paths. We were very lucky and that we had great air-conditioning as well as a very quiet neighborhood with no noise problems so slept very, very well. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. The shared living space was beautiful with very high ceilings and dramatic windows looking out onto a canal and a coffee shop just below us Jane and her son. Michael were very prompt with all communications and they were helpful in making sure we were assisted with any excursions that we needed. I believe that anyone who stays here will have an excellent time and will be lucky to have Jane as their host.

The apartment is beautiful. The location is great and very large. It is in a quiet area and was great for the family. There is currently some construction above the apartment that starts in the morning during the week. Not sure how long that will be going for. Starts around 730am.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review . The apartment is well located and very comfortable . I am so sorry you were disturbed by the building work. . Local by laws do not allow disturbance of this type before 8 am and it had been requested of the owners above that any really disturbing work would be halted during your stay .we have blocked the days for rental which will be effected and it should be over during the month of August .

I can’t say enough positive things about this property! The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we wanted to see and do.Our host, Jane, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help us in the months leading up to our stay, answering countless questions and even arranging water taxis for us. During our visit, I had a couple of questions and she responded immediately. She even stocked our fridge with milk, which was such a thoughtful touch.This is truly a top-notch property with an incredible host. We would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was exactly as described, or better. The balcony was fantastic and the local cafes and restaurants were great. Everything seemed to be within a 15 min walk. Jane did a great job in arranging taxis for us.

This is the most miraculous place I have ever found. The host is what makes this so amazing. Every need met from arranging the water taxi to and from the airport to making sure we had extra towels clean towels for the middle of our 10 night stay. We cooked in the perfect kitchen bought fresh bread nearby and had Coffee and/or Bellinis at the Miracoli bar just steps away from our place and a perfect gondola ride. This place is easy to navigate from and just far enough away to feel comfortable.

I can't say enough great things about our stay here. From the quick responses from Jane who assisted us in getting both train station and airport transportation, to the location, to the place itself. Probably one of the nicest places that my family has stayed in. So many things within walking distance. In fact, some of the best restaurants that we are at were less than a minute walk from the apartment. Also, Michael took us for a boat ride and we were able to watch the fireworks from the boat in the lagoon. What a magical experience. Thank you and we would definitely stay here again!!

Fabulous Venice apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was really spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms, while also having traditional artwork and features. It is located in the perfect area, close to major landmarks but with a local feel and so many restaurants and cafes close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Everything was very clean and there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Lots of space for our family of 7. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We did a visit to the nearby islands with Jane’s son which was great! Overall had a great time!
