The Space:

Welcome to our spacious and inviting combo property, where you'll find all the comforts of home and more. Let's explore the specific details of each space:



The living rooms are designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring spacious and plush couches that are perfect for sinking into and unwinding after a day of adventure. You'll also find armchairs, providing additional seating options for your group. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the flat screen TV. The living room flows seamlessly into the open concept kitchen, allowing for easy interaction between guests.



Both main houses offer fully equipped kitchens, boasting modern stainless steel appliances and all the necessary tools to prepare delicious meals.



The bedrooms in the main house offer a restful nights sleep for four in the luxurious beds and comfortable linens.

Our bunkhouses offer open concept living and sleeping spaces, providing ample room for larger groups or families. Each bunkhouse is equipped with a full bathroom, ensuring everyone has access to their own private space. One bunkhouse features two queen beds, while the other boasts a queen over queen bunk, making it perfect for accommodating various sleeping arrangements.



Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of our outdoor spaces. Unwind and relax in the hammock, swaying gently under the shade of the mature trees. Engage in some friendly competition with a game of cornhole, or gather around the firepit for roasting marshmallows and storytelling. The ample seating options under the trees offer a tranquil setting for enjoying the great outdoors.

Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
