Orwell Cove Oasis - Art and Beauty meets Country Living.

The most gorgeous piece of land on PEI. (okay im biased - plus I grew up a few minutes up the road). As a young family we love spending the summer camping and sharing our space to help us spend more time with our daughter. Blessed not only by the views, but also the serenity of the rolling fields. The nieghbouring horses/cows love to say good morning, the sunset loves to say good night, and the other residents of the road love to wave. This is PEI.

The views on the quiet Orwell Cove Road are like a painting, where the remoteness of the seasonal fields meeting the water embodies Prince Edward Island as a whole. Within a 10 minute drive of Coopers Red and White (community grocer and gas station), Chuck Wagon Farmers Market, Two golf courses, a lighthouse, provincial park, and the Point Prim Chowder house. However what lies within a 25 minute drive is endless; from the beautiful city of Charlottetown, 7 golf courses, fishing villages, local restaurants, remote sand beaches, fishing charters, wineries, and so much more.

We are a small family born and raised on PEI. We spend summers in a camper and rent our house out to allow us to spend more time with our lovely daughter Harlo. We are very attentive as our camper is only 10 minutes away, so anything you may need on your trip we can help with! Also - we provide a welcome guide that we have created showcasing our favorite parts of the island (restaurants, beaches, etc). If their is anything you'd like to know beforehand, just reach out! Also - as I am a lobster fisherman, if you want seafood in season - let me know and I can likely point you in the right direction.

Why they chose this property

Well I grew up in this neighborhood which was a good start. But also - it is close to everywhere you could want to go on the island. 20 minutes from anything and I strongly believe the Orwell Cove sunset is the prettiest in the world. (understandably biased). Serenity of watching the tractors in the field, the neighboring horses (or cows - they rotate).

What makes this property unique

Very thoughtfully designed house, gorgeous sitting areas to enjoy the views all over the place, watching the oyster or mussel boats in the bay - the tractors in the fields (and the wine in your glass).
Also have unlimited wood for fires outside - as we burn wood in the winter for heat.
