You'll be welcomed by an open-plan kitchen and dining area with everything that’s needed to cook and enjoy meals at home, including a four-seater table, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow natural light to pour in as well as frame the stunning views looking towards the ocean. Adjoining the kitchen you’ll find a cosy living area complete with a sofa and armchairs where you can kick back and watch TV after a day at the beach, while split system air-conditioning ensures year-round comfort and an indoor fireplace keeps everyone cosy on chilly evenings.

From the living area, glass doors slide open to a generously sized deck, where a six-seater table and shade umbrella provide the perfect setting for casual alfresco dining while you soak up the ocean breezes, listen to the sounds of the abundant birdlife, and take in leafy, sweeping views overlooking Rye. A small, pet-friendly backyard offers additional space to play and socialise outdoors.

The light-filled master bedroom features a king-size bed and the second bedroom, accessed with bi-fold doors off the living area, has a queen-size bed, while an immaculately presented bathroom offers all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.

Additional conveniences include WiFi, a washing machine, and parking for 4-5 cars on the premises as well as free street parking 24/7.
