What a beautiful property! Great location to our GCSU daughter’s house, downtown & campus. The property was clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and a great retreat for our family to gather. We will make this a regular for our visits!!!
Nice property, close to downtown. Only negative..if there are guest upstairs, you hear every step and shuffle. Other than that, it was a great stay and we would definitely book again.

Beautiful quaint home!
We loved our stay in this little home. It was spacious and well decorated. We had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. So convenient to everything downtown and the college. We enjoyed the stay while visiting our college son!
The property was exceptional! And the owners were great at responding to questions. This is property is way more than 5 stars! Thank you for sharing it with us!

All and all it was a pleasant stay! It’s super convenient to town and within walking distance, which was a plus for us and the reason we chose this house. There were a few things that can and should be addressed my the owner, but, nothing too major! I wish we had found this home sooner while our daughter was in college! But, I am glad we found it her graduating weekend!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication
Be sure and book both units
This was a two-story older house that had been flipped. We rented the 1st floor only. It would be nice if the 2nd floor was carpeted so the footsteps were not so loud. It would also be nice if the person managing the property could turn on the heat before we got there. It was clean, everything worked, and it met our needs.
First I would like to say the place is immaculate. Very well decorated. We did not like that there was not a tv. We also did not think that the surroundings were ideal. Look out one window and there are 15 trash cans. Look out the other side and it appeared that it was an old gas station turned lumbar yard. By the time we paid VRBO fees, it was &470 for the weekend. We also could hear a lot of street traffic at night and early morning . Did have coffee and nice toiletries. Next time, we will go back and stay at lake.

Hi Jennifer, we appreciate your feedback, and we are committed to providing an excellent experience for our guests. Here are some insights from the homeowner:-We sincerely value the positive feedback regarding the impeccable condition of the house and its décor.-Please note that being situated downtown, some level of noise is to be expected. However, the property's prime location offers unparalleled convenience, being within walking distance of every downtown business and restaurant. We believe this accessibility is a significant asset.-We have taken note of the need for a new TV and will promptly install one to enhance the overall guest experience.-Regarding the issue of trash cans, while we understand that their presence may inconvenience some, they are an essential aspect of maintaining cleanliness and functionality. We strive to manage this necessity with minimal disruption to our guests. We do all we can to make the best possible stay and look forward to hosting many satisfied guests.
