Nice spot in a quiet location

Nice, comfortable space in a historic home in the residential section of Chincoteague. Feels like being a local.

My review of this home is mixed due to the property management company. The home is very cute, very much a shore town home. I would caution, if you suffer from vertigo or balance issues, this home is not for you. I found myself very dizzy from the uneven upper floors. A short walk to the drug store for some Dramamine did the trick. I also tried to spend most of my downstairs. The property management company: Upon arrival on Friday we found the beams in the kitchen to be filled with spiderwebs. I understand that this a shore town and natural area, but you could tell that the majority of the webs had been there for weeks. We also found that both bathroom shower doors had residue on them that a Magic Eraser could have easily cleaned. These issues were reported on Saturday morning when we discovered that the upstairs air unit was leaking onto the wooden hallway floor. We were told that someone would bring extra towels for the leak and they would let the cleaning manager know about "our recommendations." Saturday afternoon someone came by with two towels and a bucket. They said someone would be out for the AC. We emptied the bucket every 8-10 hours and waited. Saturday night was a terrible night for sleeping with the constant dripping into the bucket. We were supposed to check out on Monday. Because of the active leak we contacted our next destination and were able to check in a day early. I hope the bucket did not overflow. I did advise about needing to empty 8-10hrs.
