The Space Your private room is spacious and elegant. Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.
Guest Access During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment featuring a Weber BBQ, custom fire table, massive umbrella, Lazy Boy couches, and Royal Botania sun loungers. Indoor amenities include a fully equipped laundry room with countertop, sink, wine chiller, and fully stocked coffee and tea station. 2026 will see the addition of a hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna for the ultimate spa experience.

My room was excellent. I was surprised at the location, busy street, but easy walking to anything you would want, restaurants, stores, etc. Did not interact with the host or other guests. Nice touch with cupcakes! Great little kitchen. 5 stars!
The host was very welcoming and the unit was immaculate. Very comfortable and inviting! The bathrobes were a nice touch! The complimentary snacks and water were also appreciated.

Very smart apartment, beautifully fitted out and just what we needed for our short stay in Victoria. Plenty of good places to eat nearby and good coffee & breakfast just a short walk away
We only stayed here 2 nights but everything was perfect. Very clean, modern, great location for being in Victoria. They made everything convenient and made us feel welcome.
