## Space

The flat has a roomy double bedroom with storage space where you can unpack and make yourself at home. The living room has a comfy fold-out sofa bed which can be used if travelling with children but is not suitable for adults.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped, should you wish to eat in during your stay, and there is a dining table and chairs available to use.

There's a spacious, modern bathroom with standing shower and basic toiletries will be provided for your stay, as well as hotel-quality linen and towels.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

## Neighborhood

The top of Leith Walk/Hillside area is a popular residential area with a distinctive creative and alternative feel all within walking distance from New Town and Old Town Edinburgh. My home is located a short walk from Broughton Street and Elm Row, an area characterised by delicious delis, tea houses, small restaurants, cafes and pubs. Around 10 minutes from Princes Street, Broughton Street is the ‘independent spirit of Edinburgh’. With Royal Terrace boasting beautiful classic townhouses dating back to the 19th Century it is a very appealing neighbourhood to stay in when visiting the city of Edinburgh.

## Transit

Most places are within walking distance of the property.

Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Tram or Airlink bus to the final stop. From here the apartment is a quick taxi ride or you can take the number 26 bus.

Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Waverley. From the station take Lothian Bus number 1, 7, 19 or 45. Alternatively the apartment is a quick taxi ride away.

Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. It's a great tool for getting around the city.

The flat is on the third floor and there is no lift in the building.
