Villa completely renovated in 2017, 3 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, can accommodate 6 to 8 people. Fully air conditioned.
Separate TV lounge convertible into sofa bed 140 cm for 2 people.
Sea view, infinity pool 9m / 4, heated to 28 degrees in season.
Sunny terraces with shower and barbecue.
4 separate WCs including 1 outside, near the pool.
Housekeeping and sheets provided included in the price.
In the basement, direct access of 3 rooms on the terrace of the swimming pool.
Parking 3 cars.
Located in Issambres, 2 km from the sea and shops, 3 km from the port of Ferreol, at the foot of the Massif des Petites Maures for beautiful walks.
Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Unauthorized parties.
From September 30th until April 1st, a short-term reservation (minimum 3 nights) is possible but extra charge for the cleaning and the supply of sheets of 250 euros obligatory.
No pets.
